They arrived and we ultimately settled on a fee of $139 to unlead the car (which the driver just left in the middle of the alley). I am 70 years old. He then said to call him after. I called and he said he will call me back when he gets to his house. Didn't get a call. I let the day go by. No follow up. I text to Thursday asking for a follow up. He then called asked if I have time to get the receipt together. I stepped out the ofc. Answer all the information again. He asks for the plate number. I said sure let me lookup the photos.... Then precedes to say I don't mean to be a stickler but we need that information ( I was confused as to why he was saying this... Im getting it to him as he speaks) i ask why he says that? I'm getting for the photo of the plates. He says call me back . I told him you are now pressuring me to get the info in a hurry. HE CALLED ME!!! and asked if I have time to get this together. And now I have to call him back. He says providing a receipt is a service...he is doing for free . Then says forget it I'm not doing this. So now I don't get a receipt of service??? It was not a good service from the jump... A lesson for my son... Turned into a headache for me.... Be sure to ask for a receipt IMMEDIATELY after service.. apparently it's an extra charge. The response time was decent and equipment fairly good…read more However, the thing about polyurethane coated work gloves is they certainly keep the grease off the hands of the Prestigious Towing & Recovery, LLC employees so when they get home they are nice and clean. However, the grease that the polyurethane surface blocks from getting on their hands then gets transferred to whatever it is of the customers' that the driver touches next, such as upholstery, shifter nob, door handle, ignition key and as in my case steering wheel. I have a low-profile sports car and its accompanied by a low steering wheel. As such, when you slide in and slide out, the top of your right thigh will touch the bottom of the steering wheel. After Prestigious Towing & Recovery, LLC dropped my car off in front of my house and with the driver still idling there, I got into it to drive my car he just towed and dropped off in front of my house into my garage. However, when I got in, I looked down and noticed globs of grease streaked all across the top of my right thigh. It was fresh, gooey and, as I mentioned, in globs on the fabric of my light colored khaki shorts. Not having any idea where all this grease could have come from, but now having to change out of my clothes, I grabbed hold of my steering wheel to get out. When I grabbed the steering wheel with my right hand to begin getting out is when I felt a sticky glob on my hand. As it turns out, the grease was on the surface of several areas of my steering wheel. So while polyurethane gloves are indeed great for keeping Prestigious Towing & Recovery, LLC employees clean, those gloves serve to just transfer Prestigious Towing & Recovery, LLC messes onto the surface of the interior of their customers' vehicles.

He also offered ways that I could fix it for cheaper and helped me completely understand the damage which he absolutely did not have to do. Mike was beyond helpful I actually couldn't imagine having a better experience. Especially as a woman the world is scary but these guys will make you feel safe.
