The response time was decent and equipment fairly good. However, the thing about polyurethane coated work gloves is they certainly keep the grease off the hands of the Prestigious Towing & Recovery, LLC employees so when they get home they are nice and clean. However, the grease that the polyurethane surface blocks from getting on their hands then gets transferred to whatever it is of the customers' that the driver touches next, such as upholstery, shifter nob, door handle, ignition key and as in my case steering wheel. I have a low-profile sports car and its accompanied by a low steering wheel. As such, when you slide in and slide out, the top of your right thigh will touch the bottom of the steering wheel. After Prestigious Towing & Recovery, LLC dropped my car off in front of my house and with the driver still idling there, I got into it to drive my car he just towed and dropped off in front of my house into my garage. However, when I got in, I looked down and noticed globs of grease streaked all across the top of my right thigh. It was fresh, gooey and, as I mentioned, in globs on the fabric of my light colored khaki shorts. Not having any idea where all this grease could have come from, but now having to change out of my clothes, I grabbed hold of my steering wheel to get out. When I grabbed the steering wheel with my right hand to begin getting out is when I felt a sticky glob on my hand. As it turns out, the grease was on the surface of several areas of my steering wheel. So while polyurethane gloves are indeed great for keeping Prestigious Towing & Recovery, LLC employees clean, those gloves serve to just transfer Prestigious Towing & Recovery, LLC messes onto the surface of the interior of their customers' vehicles. read more

I have Progressive Insurance and this company gave me a 90-minute ETA to tow my car. At the 90th minute, they never arrived, so I called them and as I'm talking to dispatch, this towing company updates their ETA by 52 minutes! I decided instead to call on a friend and ask if they can send out AAA roadside assistance. AAA was there in 10 minutes and over $100 saved! I do not recommend Progressive's Trip roadside assistance, whatsoever, especially with this company. read more

I couldn't believe this person. They tow my friends truck cuz he was parked in a private parking spot. He's an older man visiting the American Legion and he's a vet. His bad for parking it in the wrong place. It got towed. We went to go get it at prestigious towing payed 360.00 they had it for 2 days. And when they towed it they turned the hazzred lights on. So when we picked it up the battery was dead. They were more than happy to help me. But they wanted $75 .00 more to jump it. The reason it needed to be jumped was because of them. read more

I requested service through my Roadside Assistance App. from the time Prestigious Towing and Recovery LLC. was designated until the time our Mustang GT was dropped off in our driveway every step along the way was smooth, professional, and I didn't have one concern along the way. The driver, Riley, operated with confidence and complete professionalism and was on time every step of the way. just plain was not able to tip him for a job very well done, and he didn't make me feel uncomfortable or get an attitude about it, he just carried on. We have Progressive Insurance and Prestigious seem to be the only towing form they use in West Phoenix. We waited 3.5 hours on the roadside, in the dark, and no trusck ever materialized. In fact, all we got was an ETA which constantly got pushed out further and further in the future. Calls by Progressive to the company either went unanswered or they were answered, then put on hold, never to be returned to. I could not recommend this company if they were the last tow company in the world. Perhaps they put off insurance jobs because they get paid little for them. I can understand that, but, if that's an issue, tell the insurance company you don't want the work. DON'T LEAVE PEOPLE STRANDED TILL 10.30pm. 1 star is 10 stars too many.... read more

I had this company tow a stolen vehicle for me.From another tow company to my house, they had great rates.Richard ramos was the tow truck driver.He was a great great driver.Great customer service.I would recommend him to anybody that needs a tow.He was able to get my car into the side of the house in the gated area with precision and care. Do not use this company. I have roadside assistance with my insurance and was assigned this awful company. I just needed my car towed from my house to my mechanics house that's only 2 miles away. I started my assistance request at 6. Was told I had a driver assigned to me at 6:15 and at 6:45 that the driver would be at my place in 13 min. 7:20 came around and no response, no driver, no communication whatsoever as to where they were. I called the company and their excuse is that there were other jobs called ahead of mine, which I I get because I'm not the only person who needs a tow and I'm sure others put in requests before mine, but that does not give them an excuse to push my tow request back an additional 45 min because the drivers would rather get a tow request that "gives them more money." They had 4 drivers at the time. Seems like none of them wanted to do my tow and kept pushing it off. I understand it's not a tow that considered a lot of money for them to do, but that's no excuse. So, I waited an additional 45 min which pushed my tow past 8pm and all of a sudden they only have 1 driver to do the job. How convenient for them. I was told an emergency came in and they were the only ones to do it and it became priority so I'd have to wait an additional hour to hour and half for them to get to me. I find that a horrible excuse to not do my tow, again most likely because it wasn't "worth their time". It's your f---- job and the simplest of tows. Basically, if you're not stranded on the road with a tow that's not a lot of miles for them to do then they don't want to do their job. Just because my car was stuck at a residence doesn't give them that judgement call. I have a son and lost precious time that I could of been with and I can't get that back trying to get my car towed by this awful company. read more

Finally picked up my car after nearly four hours of waiting. I had to wrench my back and shoulder to manually crank the steering wheel while the employee pushed the car into position to load on flatbed. Very rude, let's say unhappy person. Wouldn't park the car close to the service place we delivered to. Claimed they could push up to the store. highly recommend T&S towing, they showed up at same time, but only 20 minutes after my call! The idler pulley went out in my truck 35 miles north of Wickenburg. Will drove his tow truck all the way from the Phoenix area (2 hour drive), safely hooked up my truck, despite my accidentally locking the doors for the unattended tow (he located my spare key hidden on the truck), and delivered it to my home driveway in Mesa, AZ. I am super impressed with the people that are up all night keeping America rolling and working hard to earn an honest living, and that is my opinion of "Will" from Prestigious Towing. I am sure it gets difficult for a tow truck operator to navigate the frustrated customer, the insurance company, and the conditions of the tow. This company blatantly lies about their location so you don't cancel and call another company. A driver told me he was a fifteen minutes away - an hour+ later he still hadn't picked up my car. I call and of course multiple times he doesn't answer his phone. Finally get ahold of him and he tells me he's five minutes away. AGAIN, A LIE! Try to call multiple times after another hour and no answer! Finally, a different driver called me and said he was a few minutes out. THIS WAS 2 HOURS AFTER THEY WERE EXPECTED TO ARRIVE. i called in (my insurance) at about 2:30 for a tow and was told by my insurance that this company had given an ET of 3:50. 4pm came around im checking the link provided for said eta the time is the same and the pin hadnt moved at all. i looked up this place on apple and google maps and got nothing. i called my insurance in this instance to see if they knew anything as i hadnt heard a thing. the insurance didnt know anything and told me itd be better to wait this out instead of going to a different company and starting the process over (which made sense). so they put me on hold and found a number to contact this place, i call and the lady who answered must've been having a bad day but she essentially was talking over me and cut me off briefly to tell me insurance lied to me and they always say 90+ minutes to wait and that is what they told my insurance. so cool were at 4:20 at this point. im still waiting. i called and got this all arranged before 3. i received a new link for the ETA now it says 5:21 and the pin has yet to move. and of course the time rolls around and nothing. not a word from anyone at all. i finally called around 5:45 trying to give the benefit of the doubt STILL.. and then (and this is the only reason there is 2 and not one star) a kind gentleman i cant remember his name but he helped me to the best of his abilities. he had to place me on hold but then came back and i was informed that during me being on hold , they dispatched someone for my car .. at 5:45 someone was on the way. and i knew it wasnt this specific guys fault so i asked him what the protocol on communication was and he was super understanding and helpful about it. there was ZERO communication for hours on end no one reached out to me or the insurance to speak on the fact that i was now waiting about 3 hours. the guy eventually came at 6:19 and "fixed" it. and the spare is sparing but he also left my car in the middle of the residential street .. never again in my life. ive never had a more grueling and draining experience with a company. communication with your customers is so important and it is lacking and then some. i missed out on a day of work because i had no transportation . if i had known i wouldve said screw it and picked a different company to put the spare on. read more

We broke down on our way from Phoenix to Las Vegas. We were in the middle of nowhere with our two small dogs and it as 109 degrees outside. The first few tow companies said it would be about 5 hours. The owner, Alex, said he could get somebody out within 1 1/2 hours. DONE! Then his guy was running behind. He didn't want us waiting out in the heat so he brought his personal truck, with his wife and business partner, and flat bed to get us. Unfortunately, through no fault of his own, it didn't work (long story). He let us and our two dogs sit in his AC truck while we waited for his other tow truck to get to us. I honestly don't know what we would have done without him. We were running out of water since we were pouring it on our dogs every few minutes to keep them cool. It was a long day, but I was very impressed. They are a family run business who went above and beyond and I couldn't be more satisfied and grateful. Plus- they had incredibly reasonable pricing.
