What she failed to tell me is that I would lose out on an early pay discount and my policy would go up $60.00 a month. After I already asked if anything would change and stated no. Then they stayed were sorry we will bring it up in our meeting but now I cannot change back and have to pay that 60.00 for the next 6 months. This is not the first billing issue and lack of knowledge about their own products I've encountered. Steer clear for here! Go somewhere else!

After being involved…read morein an accident where I was not at fault, I called her office for guidance only to find out my policy had been non-renewed over a week earlier without any phone call, email, or warning. What's worse is that I had spoken with her shortly before my policy ended, and she never mentioned the non-renewal at all. I also feel like I was poorly advised regarding claims that were supposedly "not a big deal" and later ended up affecting my insurability. An insurance agent should properly guide and inform their clients, especially when coverage is at risk. Instead, I was left completely blindsided.
