We called, emailed, sent picture upon picture right from the beginning and got no where! We offered to pay for removal and replanting if they would send replacements at their convenience - again got no where. We have tried at least a dozen times over the last 9 months to politely resolve this and they have been less than helpful and actually rude! Used them on a recommendation from my dad and brother - NEVER SHOULD HAVE USED THEM ! HORRRIBLE - 3 trees out of 6 dead and not even an attempt to make it right. Such bad business.

We called and they were incredibly helpful from the start. They walked us through a few options and helped us choose the perfect arrangement.
