Because I don't have a paper that says exactly that my car was totalled, I am running through hoops just to save a few months payments even though I have payment papers and the claim number. He submitted all of my paperwork electronically in February. When I hadn't seen my IRS return by early April I called him and asked and his response was to call the IRS. So fast forward to May where I've now been in touch with the IRS - my return was incomplete. It was missing two forms. I've called multiple times and left message and NOTHING. He has not called back and I now have to find and PAY someone else to correct my return because this whole process is over my head - that's why I PAID him to begin with. It's a SIMPLE return. I file single only claiming myself and I don't make much in a year anyways. There's no reason I shouldn't have filed somewhere that wouldn't have charged me $190 other than I thought he would do right by me. I was mistaken. Lesson learned. 0/10 I do not recommend this man's services.
