This septic had not been pumped in 15 years or more but they were able to come out, dig out the area, pump the septic, and cover it back in an hour. They two men that came out where so nice and called when they were on the way also. I highly recommend Bellew!!!

My oldest…read moreson took a shower around 1 and I'm sitting in my office working, when my youngest came running up the stairs to tell screaming his toilet was bubbling and overflowing ! I ran downstairs to my shower bubbling up grey water into my bathroom so I ran back up the stairs to kill the shower my son was enjoying. I had just gotten off the phone with a neighbor and called him back told him what was going on and was given Rocky Weavers number. So I then called him in sheer panic mode. When I told him what was going on he said sounds like your septic is full and I can be there n the morning. I have 2 boys single mom but I said okay. 3 minutes later he called back said I had to rearrange things but I heard the panic in your voice and they are on their way! they got here had everything fixed within the hour and now all I have is the daily chaos of raising 2 boys. If I could give Rocky's customer service more than 5 I would. He just saved me from finding a hotel for the night. Thank you for taking care of an issue I didn't know I had. Apparently a root from a bush backed up the lines and they took care of that too! I am truly grateful and now have his number saved in my phone if anyone i know ever needs it!

I contacted Marshall Septic Service to locate and clean our septic system at our Lake Anna home…read more The driver showed up on time and was very friendly. Since, I did not know the exact location of the tank RIchard had to spend a fair amount of time locating the tank. I had another company try and locate it but they gave up. Richard worked very hard and was able to locate the tank. He did this without complaining and his only goal was to complete the service we had requested. Once, he found the tank he had to dig a large hole and he did this without complaint. He cleaned the tank and gave me advice on the proper care of a septic system. In addition he advised me to have a cap installed. He provided the POC of a campany and I was able to get it installed the next day. It was great to work with such a professional company!!

Within 6 months of living here we start having issues. I called around to get pricing on getting it pumped. ROPER's was one of the lowest. My next concern was will they shoot us straight? Will they try and up sell us? They were so transparent, honest and guided us through the process. They showed up the next day and pumped. They followed up. We came up with a game plan on how to avoid any problems in the future. Overall I Will recommend this company to everyone! I will only use Roper and Sons!
