Let me tell you a little about my day and sheer panic phone call I made to Rocky today! My oldest…read moreson took a shower around 1 and I'm sitting in my office working, when my youngest came running up the stairs to tell screaming his toilet was bubbling and overflowing ! I ran downstairs to my shower bubbling up grey water into my bathroom so I ran back up the stairs to kill the shower my son was enjoying. I had just gotten off the phone with a neighbor and called him back told him what was going on and was given Rocky Weavers number. So I then called him in sheer panic mode. When I told him what was going on he said sounds like your septic is full and I can be there n the morning. I have 2 boys single mom but I said okay. 3 minutes later he called back said I had to rearrange things but I heard the panic in your voice and they are on their way! they got here had everything fixed within the hour and now all I have is the daily chaos of raising 2 boys. If I could give Rocky's customer service more than 5 I would. He just saved me from finding a hotel for the night. Thank you for taking care of an issue I didn't know I had. Apparently a root from a bush backed up the lines and they took care of that too! I am truly grateful and now have his number saved in my phone if anyone i know ever needs it!

We called Stephens Septic and they were at our house the same day, and it wasn't even an emergency! They gave us straightforward pricing and stuck to that, even though our septic was harder to access than we expected. Before they left, they walked me though everything they did, gave me a status on my septic, made recommendations for maintenance and even offered to make me a list of parts needed if I wanted to do the annual filter cleaning myself (I definitely do not, but thanks for the offer!) . Since, I did not know the exact location of the tank RIchard had to spend a fair amount of time locating the tank. I had another company try and locate it but they gave up. Richard worked very hard and was able to locate the tank. He did this without complaining and his only goal was to complete the service we had requested. Once, he found the tank he had to dig a large hole and he did this without complaint. He cleaned the tank and gave me advice on the proper care of a septic system. In addition he advised me to have a cap installed. He provided the POC of a campany and I was able to get it installed the next day. It was great to work with such a professional company!!

The customer service the gentleman working on May 3rd was so incredibly rude there was a new girl…read morebehind the counter which was extremely helpful and pleasant very nice anybody would be lucky to have her as an employee but the gentleman was condescending told me to call a plumber said they've been open all day because it was close to closing time ask me three or four times what it was I was trying to do I explained to him even showed him I couldn't believe he said the things to me he did I've had passed bad experiences at the store and honestly Googled and went there by mistake I recommend the other number store down the road from them I hate it when you get humiliated for being a woman in either somewhere like that or mechanic shop will not ever be going back into this location again if I thought the lady that was a new hire was working I probably would if you can't help me with my needs that's one thing but to be so rude obnoxious and condescending about it is another

I ordered 2 custom doors, both had the wrong hinges, but one opened in the wrong direction. The…read morecontractor picked the doors up at the start of the job, when the contactor was installing 5 business days later after pick-up, the 59-60 inch door thurned out to be 57 inches and the door swung in the wrong direction, out, not in. So you have to pull open into the bedroom and not push into the bathroom. When I called to ask how the door was ordered, the special order person was very rude and down grading and belittling. I will not do business with them again and will not recommend any one to them. My contractor said he stopped using them many years ago due to wrong orders and their being rude. He went from doing all business to NO business with them. Now, I understand why.
