The very next day my mom woke up to find water sitting on the left and on the right side of her house. Common sense would tell you if you come out to do plumbing work on someone's house and the very next day there is puddles of water sitting on both sides of the house (and it's not from rain) more than likely its from the plumbing work done on the house the day before. There was no leak the day before when you worked on it, but there's a leak the day after you worked on it, you do the math. You could atleast come back out to check to see what the problem is. That's just good business practice first of all. But no, the first thing you want to do is deny all plausibility. This is definitely a lesson learned. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!

A real person actually answered. They came to my house in less than an hour. I had two separate issues. Both were fixed within an hour and the price was very reasonable. I had called another plumber the night before whose number a friend had given me. I had to leave a message. I still haven't heard back from them. I should have known better.
