The waiting area is full of toys and they had kids movies playing for them. As soon as we walked in I felt comfortable and relaxed, which is hard to do with two children under the age of 4 haha! The kids can choose to have their cut on a few different animals. My daughter sat on the horse and my son sat on the frog. But my daughter's favorite part was by far the bathroom, it is even tiny! Everything is centered around the kids here and it's awesome! I plan to continue using kidz cutz whenever the kids are looking a little shaggy.

Originally i was just gonna apply color myself ( im licensed) but for some reason i want to treat myself. So I made an appointment on Monday for 9:00 Thursday Thursday rolled around. I got sick, didn't get up till 9.... I don't want to pay for cancelation and not have hair done so I ask if I can come at 10, and they was able to. Well I might have been better to pay the $50 cancellation. Now got to the chair, they quote me a price that higher than what a basic cos ( shoulder length, thin, my pony tail is like an inch diameter) In my head I thought I was late maybe that why. But I didn't say anything and just went with it. The hairdresser wasn't chatty but I'd give a pass cuz I'm sick, she prob not trying getting what I got, and I'm late so she prob just want to work and finish the job. When I saw the way she apply the lightener, I felt kinda iffy about it. So I made small talk like how long have she been doing hair, she said 7 n a year at this salon. So I was like ok, she prob know what she doing. I might just be overthinking. Nope I was just watching show on my phone but mindful and ask how she want me to sit, not make life harder. Didnt care to look till the end, the hair look horrible but I paid anyway. $330! I should have refused to pay and asked for over color and pay for that only. So I left, then contact the manager, i told her that it look bad, i want to have color over, only pay for color over all and get refund the rest. She say no refund policy, they have 7 days guaranty, they will fix it. Then we plan out how to fix my hair the next day. So it somewhat fix but it not how I want it. The manager say it fixed, there will be no more additonal service now, no refund. Just stop responding.

Technically it is healthy, BECAUSE ITS TOO SHORT TO BE UNHEALTHY. Like this just ruined my day. I had thick, 4c hair. It used to be around 4 inches on the sides when stretched, and now its less than like 1. It used to be around 5 to 6 inches on top when stretched, now its like 2. Was Daisa who cut my hair. She barely listened, pretended to understand what i wanted and how my coil pattern worked, and it felt like she took advantage of the fact that i wasnt completel y sure of what i wanted her to do.
