Shaved a line as a part into my kids head! Which I didn't ask for. I got both of my kids first haircuts here. Been coming to junior cuts for years my kids are 8 and 11!!!! But it is not the same employees. So I won't be back and I do not recommend. My child has a showcase for a live show that will be in front of about 300+ people. And now my kid has a bald spot! We drive 20+ minutes just to go here from Oakley. Brandy is the best!!! She does an awesome job with my 3yo son.

We've taken our daughter to get her hair cut here twice...both times the person cutting hair had ZERO patience. There were kids screaming all around us....our child was quietly crying because the person cutting her hair was saying, "Keep your head still" then JERKING her head back and forth. I realize that's a frustrating job....but if you have zero patience with a child you're not going to get good results. Alan was a terrible stylist for a child. He had ZERO patience and was far too rough and forceful with my 3 year old daughter. We'll never subject her to someone like that again. Perfect set up for young kids. We took our two year old for her first haircut today and Melinda could not have been more patient or kind with her. She did a great job cutting her hair and we were in and out in 15 minutes. She even kept some of the hair and put it in a bag and gave it to us with a little certificate commemorating the event. We could not be happier with the service and will definitely be back. Highly recommend if you have young kids! read more

Went to the junior cuts in Milford. I was excited as another are t told how great they are. I called 4 times for an appointment and there wasn't an answer. I figured I would go to the little play area. When I arrived the one lady who was there (only 1!!!) was rude when I came in. She was rude to tell me that there wasn't any appointments. She wasn't even apologetic about it. She actually said "well I can't make time magically appear for you" which I didn't ask for. I drove 30 min. Out of my way to come here and my only saving grace was the little park. Never again. read more

I can not say enough good things about Junior Cuts. They treated my 5 year old like a little grown up and she loved sitting on a truck to get her hair cut! They cut my 2 year old's hair while she threw a fit and cried the entire time; it did not phase them one bit! She thrashed around and I was convinced there was no way it would get done without injury, but I was wrong! She got the cutest bob and her tears disappeared as soon as she got her lollipop. I was mortified by her behavior, but the ladies made me feel at ease: this is apparently an every day occurrence for them and they didn't mind AT ALL. I will DEFINITELY be back with both my daughters for their future hair cuts! read more

Junior Cuts is perfect for small children who might be afraid of haircuts. They have fun car seats and TV's for the kids to watch their favorite show, which also keep them from fidgeting too much. The staff is wonderful and great with the kids. They give certificates for a first haircut appointment and our girls get barrettes. Very affordable, discounted birthday haircuts, and the kids get to play on the playground equipment in the rec center while they wait. I can't recommend enough! read more

Weird little spot, it was the dreariest 'kids' space I've experienced, and our stylist smelled like cigarettes. My daughter cried, no surprise there, and they were nice enough, it just didn't seem all that clean and I wasn't entirely sure that the staff even liked kids. read more

We have had our son's hair cut here 3 times, and all times have been great. He loves sitting in the car chairs and watching his favorite cartoons. The cuts are always short and sweet which makes for an easy visit. Being able to make the appointment online is especially convenient. read more

Our little guy just got his first haircut (an emotional moment for Mom) and the team did a great job keeping him busy (fun car chairs and they play their favorite show) while Marie gave him the exact cut we requested. She put on his favorite show, paw patrol and even tho he was crying and it very cooperative she made his hair look amazing and was done in about 5 minutes. Horrible horrible horrible!!!! The stylist (Marie) jerked by daughter's head and continued to yell at her to keep her head still. She was rude and unkind and clearly had ZERO patience. I told her she could not speak to my child this way or touch her forcefully and needed to be patient. She did not apologize. She evened the bottom of my daughter's hair and I told the stylist to stop and let my child out of the chair. I told the woman at the desk we would never return because I was so appalled and upset by the stylist's actions. She has no business working with children!! read more

I took my little guy here for his first haircut. He was crying the whole time. Marie did a great job. She was patient and efficient. Minus one star because neither Google map nor Iphone map was able to find this place. I am not familiar with the area and was driving up and down Rt 28 like a crazy person, just couldn't find it. We did not have a good first haircut experience. To start we were given a different stylist than requested. I had looked forward to developing a friendly haircut relationship for my child and expected some smiles and a chance to discuss what style would work best for us. Our stylist seemed very downtrodden (I think the previous client was pretty rough) but I would expect some smiles and kind words would have helped us to all have a better experience. Before I could gather my thoughts she had already begun chopping and cut the hair incorrectly, I had to cut the other side at home to match the over cut side :( I don't think she broke a smile once. I could have done a better cut at home I only took my child to get the special first haircut package experience and watch a pro deal with her for tips but instead it was wham bam tears and cash for a butchered haircut that I'm embarrassed to post pictures of in the baby book. read more
