This review is for Dell Gross hair at Salon Lofts…read more FYI Salon Lofts is basically a business set up to rent mini salons to beauty professionals (hair, nails, waxing, etc.). Dell rents loft 19. I'm going to let you guys in on a little secret...Dell Gross is the best hair colorist in Cincinnati imo. He just recently left Parlour hair salon to start his own business at Salon Lofts, and I've followed him there. I have naturally very dark brown hair, but I'm starting to go gray (yes, I'm 30 years old and going gray). Dell has been coloring my hair for about 2 years now, and he has done an amazing job of blending in my grays with my natural hair color to make my own distinctive look. I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair as I have since I started going to Dell. We have tried many different cuts and styles, and lots of different color tones, and all of them have come out amazing. If you want the perfect California-blonde natural but bold balayage or highlight, Dell is your guy. He isn't cheap, but I care about quality over cost when it comes to my hair.
