Be prepared for them to try and bully you and frown when you decline AFTER you've paid for your services. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL....AND if you pay by card they charge an additional $4 per transaction. Beware! Not to mention, the massage was rushed and VERY subpar. He was coughing and hacking in my ear throughout the entire massage like he was sick/under the weather...which is a health hazard...no mask...no washing of his hands or hand sanitizer in sight....and the place is not clean. There was dirt on the walls and the floor was dirty and I was the first massage of the day! Will NOT be returning! At least 6 times one of the other workers entered my room and carried on conversations with my masseuse while I was exposed. The walls are thin and you can hear conversations from other works and clients throughout your entire massage. The blankets were torn and used and there's only a thin curtain between the hallway and the rooms. This place should be shut down!! I'll need to check my transaction to make sure he didn't add his own tip to my debit card receipt seeing how desperate and rude he was! I hope this review helps someone!

I asked to used the ladies room before getting started, and they pointed to a door leading out of the business. I used a bathroom that is shared with several other businesses. The bathroom wasn't that clean. Once in the massage room, I fubbled around trying to turn on a light. I spent several minutes attempting to find a light so I can figure out where to lay my belongings. Once I finally found the light switch on the little lamp, the massage therapist knocked at the door. I instructed her I wasn't ready just yet. I then was ready and laid on the table. I TOLD the massage therapist that I have a lot of trouble with my shoulders and have knots that need worked out. She did the 1 hour massage fine, but she didn't spend much time on my shoulders/shoulder blades as I instructed. The theraptist didn't use that firm of pressure. The next day I felt like I couldn't move. I'm sure the lagging pressure irritated the knots in my back. I had to go to another massage theraptist to work the knots out of my shoulder blades because this person did not. I normally get massages at my chiropractors office, but I wanted to give a local business a try. I doubt I will return here.

Smaller facility, but the therapy was very good. They know what they are doing. I have been there several times now. They moved to a better office than the first visit I had.
