We both opted for the 60-minute combo massage which includes face, shoulders, neck, back, and feet (credit card price is currently $63). My massage therapist, David, was wonderful. Such strong hands with nice technique. My only regret is that I didn't book a table massage in a private room so that I could enjoy the massage with my clothes off lol. I told her he hadn't touched the side that was bothering me and she said something to him and he rubbed a bit on the other side, and she said it was time to go. It was to be $50.00 for an hour, and she charged me $44.00 for the half hour, and I signed the charge. She said I forgot the tip, so I put a dollar but wish I had thought to put .25 as I was angry. My wife goes there, but I will never set foot in the place again because they have no idea what customer service is, nor do they practice first-come, first-served. The new customer even said that she was not in a hurry. I got zero benefit from spending $45.00.

Although, they sent me a message suggesting that book an appointment. This process made no sense to me since I had already paid Groupon. It should have been explained that the official booking process includes going online, booking the appointment and paying a $25 booking fee that must be paid and refunded when I present my Groupon receipt. I am there defending why I didn't follow the process when there is no process. Money wasted Bad experience! Wasted money! No more Groupon for me.
