All of the puppies were there when I visited the next day. Each one of the puppies were absolutely precious and they were happy and lively. The mother was nursing all of them . I wanted a female and there was 1 male & 1 female left. All the other puppies from the litter were spoken for. I quickly fell in love with Roxie and gave my deposit that night. I had to wait another month until the puppies were old enough to go to their new homes. Marty updated me with photos of my puppy and she also provided me important paperwork to look review. The entire process was very easy. The home where the puppies were living was very clean and orderly. Marti truly has the puppies, best interest and was so sweet and caring and accommodating to me. I had asked if she could keep the puppy for one more week because of my busy work schedule, and she was more than happy to do that. He's the love of my life and I don't regret him at all. However the condition he was given to me was so unacceptable. Poor Kenzo at just 8 weeks old was infested with Ticks, had an eye infection in his left eye and giardia. I was told I would get reimbursed for all of those medical bills that I had to pay right up front after purchasing a "healthy" puppy from Timeless but instead Karen eventually just stopped responding to me. Well now fast forward almost 6 years and he has been diagnosed with primary glaucoma (this form is hereditary) it's been a horrible diagnosis. There's no cure, it's extremely painful for them and eventually they go completely blind in both eyes. Please rethink on where you're getting your puppy from. Our sweet boy is now suffering everyday from this horrible eye disease that has no positive outcome and will leave him fully blind in just a couple years or possibly even shorter.

First of all, my mom used to take two of our dogs here regularly. she did a good job w their hair but we noticed our dogs behavior when we would take them. they would hide in our car and shake a lot. We thought it was just because they didnt wanna go or had anxiety. looking back on it now they were terrified. I regret taking my dogs here. Gizmo, my first dog has passed away because of Heather. Gizmo can be difficult to work with his paws and ears but he was still a lovely dog. We took our dogs to their appointment not knowing it would change our lives. When we picked him up we noticed something strange about Gizmo. He seemed distant and in pain. It got worse the next few days. His stomach started growing and he wouldnt get off the bed or jump anymore or even greet us anymore. At night he would scratch us to get our attention and moan in pain. he was in pain and we didnt know what to do. My mom confronted heather and she just lied to us saying it wasnt her fault and nothing happened. This was in 2024. The reason why im writing a review now because i thought maybe it wasnt heather. But i work at a vet clinic now and i was talking to my co workers about what happened. One of my co workers used to work with heather, She said she was very rude and impatient. She would HIT the dogs!!! ATTENTION SHE WOULD HIT THE DOGS. She definitely hit or kicked my Gizmo and it caused trauma to his stomach. Honestly she probably hit every of her clients.
