My information was still in their system (from my other doggies). They updated the information and offered me condolences for my loss. I had an outpatient procedure coming up and was hoping to get my two new doggies into the doggie daycare. Well they made it happen. I took them on a Friday for their initial assessment and was able to drop them off that following Monday. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for this. It was such a relief to be able to drop off my little loves and know they are safe and having a great time. I feel their prices are reasonable and most importantly, the staff is super nice and they remembered my little doggies names when I took them back on Monday. They took us on a tour of the facility and it's reassuring to know they're safe while they're there. They also have a camera set in their back office to monitor both play areas (for small dogs under 30lbs and big dogs over 30+) as well as someone always in the play area. What I appreciated most is that they ask to do an assessment first. They make sure that doggy day care will be a good fit for your pet and it won't be over stressful. Pricing is very fair and affordable. This means she can enjoy being at the facility a few hours a week without breaking the bank.

We have quite an assortment of animals (dogs, birds and a snake) and everyone of them loved Nicole from the moment she walkewd in the door. With one of my animals being a puppy, I was worried about leaving him without constant care. Nicole reassured me that everything and everyone would be fine. She came over twice a day and took all the dogs on a walk, brought in our mail, put our trash bins out (and brought them back in) and then provided me with daily email updates on all of the animals. I could tell that all of my animals were happy with the care they had received upon my return. I will definitely be using Nicole to care for my pets during every trip I go on. She is trustworthy and truly loves what she does, which shows in how happy your pets are even though you are away.
