Imagine just one evening going about your lives and suddenly - almost as if blindsided by a freight train - find yourself being the true victims of somebody you once trusted's scorn and revenge - and scrambling on what to properly do next. Without getting into details for personal as well as professional reasons, think something along the lines of "a crazy person on those Lifetime movies out to get you" (yes, those situations DO HAPPEN). Not knowing what to do or where to turn, we were online the next morning looking for great attorneys. Never having ANY dealings with the law in our lives, we had no recommendations, and were only able to read reviews on a few sites that came up via a search engine - we were led to Chuck (recommended via "Rina" from Davi Law Group). Chuck has worked with Rina MANY times throughout his career and there couldn't have been a better team for us. We were recommended Chuck on Sunday morning and were told that he would most likely contact us the following Monday or Tuesday. It was refreshing that on that SUNDAY afternoon, Chuck called us and spoke to us for upwards of a half hour, at that point not even being our official attorney! He put us as ease just with that punctuality and friendliness alone, and we were able to set up an appointment with him in office within 48 hours... Throughout our tenure, Chuck communicated with us many times - emails, phone calls, court appearances, etc. We must stress he did not charge for phone calls or emails like some lawyers do, and we felt his pricing was very fair. Each time we spoke with him, we felt a bit calmer and more reassured - and he spoke to us like a person and friend, not a "client". (*We remember at least one instance where we were feeling really down and out - especially given the holidays as this was about two days before Thanksgiving - and Chuck told us verbatim: "You hired me, I have a job to do for you, and we are going to fight and win this...") As time went on, Chuck and ourselves along with a colleague of his named Rina Infelise (as mentioned- who was also equally as kind and professional as well as thorough with communication aspects) helped our case so thoroughly - and as we touched on above just put us more at ease each time we had dealings with him. We have also left Rina the best review possible. Long story short, our holidays of 2016 from Halloween thru New Years were all but ruined aside the kindness and professionalism of Chuck and Rina. The second week into January 2017, we learned our case had ended as the "plaintiffs" saw they could go no further having had '0' go their way for their side. We are certain Chuck - as well as Rina - had a lot to do with the success of the case. He is professional, friendly, kind, straightforward, and his prices were fair. Without doubt we would recommend you check out Chuck for any kind of legal defense needs - or - should you find yourself in a situation similar to ours and know not what to do.
