Dakota and his team at Diamond Cut Outdoor Solutions have been amazing. I reached out to them for a quote for mow service and heard back on the same day. Dakota was super friendly and accommodating to my availability to schedule a visit to give us an accurate quote. He texted to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. The pricing was right on par to what we had expected. While he was here, we discussed future plans for our landscaping. He wasn't pushy and trying to sell us on anything. He was honest about the type of work he offers and offered to provide a quote for the mulching and left the door open for future work when we are ready to do it. Needless to say I have been really impressed and happy with him. He and his team were here this weekend to do the mulch work and it turned out fantastic. I was worried about the flower bed because every time I tried to clear it out I ended up tearing up the plants, but they cleared it out with surgical precision so my plants look amazing again.

They were prompt, courteous, and most importantly to us; promising that we'd have a stellar yard when they were done with it. That was in Sept of 2013. As of mid-April, they have delivered on their word. From killing all vegetation in September to now, the change is dramatic, the grass came in like they said it would, and they've been out twice this spring to reseed small patches and fill in where seed was either washed away by fall rain, or maybe eaten by birds. It's not even finished filling in, and we already have the best yard in the neighborhood. I can't say enough good things about them. They told us they were by no means the cheapest guys in town, but pride themselves on being the best. We only bid the job to 2 other companies recommended by the BBB, but neither was as prompt or detailed regarding the quote we asked to have prepared.
