His thing is the spray application for our plants. He is always friendly and listens to my questions. During the last application the spray contained a pesticide. I asked him not to spray our hota plants because that is the favorite hang out for the lightening bugs. Jayden listened to my request and said "No problem", and off he went to finish his work. My request was in their files but the pre-emergent treatment was done. I called and was told I did not have to pay for the treatment and that I was planting late for seed to develop. While that was true I was told by a reputable seed distributer that it was a viable option. I was not going to pay for a treatment I did not want so that did not address the issue of the time, effort, and expense expended on the spot seeding already done. I requested that they spot seed for me in the fall. They said they could not do that. As a loyal customer, my request was that they repair damage done. They could have done that but would not do that. Misplaced loyalty on my part.
