My request was in their files but the pre-emergent treatment was done. I called and was told I did not have to pay for the treatment and that I was planting late for seed to develop. While that was true I was told by a reputable seed distributer that it was a viable option. I was not going to pay for a treatment I did not want so that did not address the issue of the time, effort, and expense expended on the spot seeding already done. I requested that they spot seed for me in the fall. They said they could not do that. As a loyal customer, my request was that they repair damage done. They could have done that but would not do that. Misplaced loyalty on my part.
