My journey with Dr. Weber and his lovely staff has been life changing for me. I received two steroid shots in the spot which stopped the progression. The dermatologist prescribed fluocinolone acetonide to regrow the hair back but I wasn't seeing any results. After a recommendation from Heather, Dr. Webers patient care coordinator, I decided to try PRP to assist in the process of regrowing my hair. Kimberly administered four treatments over the course of four months and the results have been amazing! The bald spot is completely filled in with hair and I have seen about two inches of growth. After the wild success of the hair treatment, I decided to have the PRP procedure, administered by Mariah, underneath my eyes. It's been about a month and the effects have been equally impressive. I mentioned a problem that I had experienced when getting the identical service from a previous provider, and Jannine explained exactly how that happened, and how i would not have the same problem in her hands. I'm kind of blown away. This was a great experience. From being welcomed upon arrival, the massage chair, and the lovely and very professional Jannine, everything was a pleasure. (It sounds like they will match the Groupon price if you call and schedule directly through them.) However, it can be hard to reach them by phone to schedule. It sounds like they are currently short staffed and not always able to answer so leaving a message is your best bet. They're located in an office building. One time I scheduled an evening appointment and since the front door is locked after business hours, I had to call several times before being able to reach them to get someone downstairs to let me in. Their facility is nice and they offer a myriad of services- way more than a typical salon or med spa.
