As the other lady brought the IPL machine in she said " if you get an error sign just turn it off and on again and it will go away. I called the next day talking to Dominic who said he was a manager there. I explained to him I had zero reaction from the IPL treatment and he was cold and rude. In person he is polite but he is not a problem solver. I was more put off by his reaction then the treatment. I expected him to want to fix the problem but he just said his lasers are not very powerful and I shouldn't expect to see results. Needless to say I was not refunded and once again I was snookered by a good deal and bad people. It sucks!!!

I had to take an uber there and back because my car needs fixing, but a drink in daytime puts me to sleep. I was led to a beautiful waiting room with a fireplace, and then the lovely Misty came to get me. She is calm, smiling, and very professional. The eyelash procedure was very relaxing. She did a skin test to check the glue first, which I appreciate. This took a while, but my eyelashes look very natural and I do look slightly more awake. Puffy allergy eyes aren't helping. I was given a services menu and information on their membership program. They offer a huge variety of services! Misty also does facials. I may return for one. If they don't want to do a basic facial why have it on the "menu?" First into a chemical peel which wasn't the solve for existing pimples. Then into a diamond glow facial. Then proceeded to wash my face and do a mask that took 20 mins. I asked for extractions (which are typical) - she left the three zits on my face and bypassed by chin altogether until I asked again.
