I was in utter agony this morning. I woke up with a painful stiff neck and deep ache through my…read moreshoulder blade and down my arm. I tried the usual - gentle yoga, ice packs, relaxation techniques, pain reliever (tablets and topical), but nothing worked. No doubt, it was from my marathon effort of painting on the weekend, and the next day (yesterday) working on the computer non-stop. We are new to the area. My husband had tried them a few weeks ago with debilitating lower back pain. He began to feel better immediately and was soon back to playing golf again. I decided to give them a try. The place was serene and immaculately clean. I was taken to my room right away and noticed how fresh the sheets were - lightly scented, not overpowering. Anna was amazing! I have never had a massage this thorough. When she started, I could barely tolerate any contact in my neck area. She used multiple techniques including a massage with hot rocks. I could feel gentle, tiny pops as she nudged my sore body into letting go. By the time she was done, I was on the mend. I still need to heal, but I am am confident, that I'll heal faster.
