She has been a warm source of encouragement and support throughout the puppy raising process. Most recently we trained with her in preparation for taking the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy test which my puppy then passed with flying colors. It's such a relief to have someone knowledgeable, experienced, and competent to help us reach our training goals. Renee has also been wonderfully understanding of my disability and willing to accommodate and adapt the training sessions as needed. Looking forward to training with her for years to come!

From our very first session, it was clear that Renee has a remarkable talent for connecting with dogs and understanding their unique personalities. Renee Cardoza utilized positive reinforcement techniques that made learning enjoyable for our pup and we saw remarkable progress in a very short period of time. Not only did our pup master essential commands and manners, he also became more confident and socialized. Renee provided us with valuable tips, both during our training sessions and in a follow up weekly email that included a review of our session, a review of the strategies for our "homework", and video links to illustrate the data's lesson. Impressive! Renee has empowered us to further the learning at home. We highly recommend Renee to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dog trainer!

My dogs had long beautiful hair & now look terrible. The shaving was so close to skin my dogs are showing their pink skin and they keep licking the sensitive areas. Now I will be taking them to the vet due to injury. Our breeds are known for long hair similar to a Yorkshire terrier. Please know these are our babies, they're our family. Where is the respect for customer. I'm so upset as we've taken our two pups before and it has always been requested to not shave them & call me to ask permission. They said it was on record. (Or that's what we were told it's on record for both dogs as they made a similar error with Ginger years ago) Prior 4 visits the groomer listened so we trusted them with our dogs. What happened!!!! The front lady is a "talker" does not listen. The groomer "shave the heck" out of our dogs. And does whatever they please. They request tip before service. BEWARE!!! We had not had this experience before. What I thought was a wash & light detangling was a full shaved dog. POOR SERVICE- I want my money back. Will be reporting this business.

Yes it's a long wait, but most groomers are. I took my boy Queso on Friday 5/10 and explained what I wanted. I said, absolutely no shave down because Aussies shouldn't be without their coat. The lady took notes and said something around the lines like " short, but not too short to mess up the coat". I was happy she understood the importance. When I picked him up at 1:00 pm, as soon as I walked in and before even seeing my dog....The lady said she wouldn't charge me and apologized for having accidentally shaved him completely. She said she wasn't fully paying attention to my instructions and "should've called me" but of course didn't. I was more sad than angry because my doggo loves to be out in the park and around our yard but now we have to be careful he doesn't get sunburned. I will no longer be coming here, but if you take your pup, perhaps stick around to be sure they get it right.

They did keep my dogs for over 4 hours each appointment, but I believe my dogs were treated well while there. My complaint is customer service oriented. I had an appointment, which I made 6 weeks prior. Work and life happened, and the appointment skipped my mind. I received a call from, who I guess was the owner, 20 mins after my appointment time. She was not happy and reminded me that I had an appointment. I apologized profusely and asked if it was to late to bring them in or reschedule. She chuckled at me and said "It's way to late to bring them in and we don't accept clients who don't call about their appointments." I was taken aback at her smugness and lack of regard for my apology and explanation. Keep in mind, I've never missed an appointment. On top of that, I've always tipped her very well. I was disgusted by the way I was treated. I was judged and dropped by this groomer with absolutely zero hesitation. I know they have a business to run, and I would totally understand if I had missed prior appointments. But that wasn't the case. If, for any reason, it's a possibility that you could forget about your appointment, I do not recommend Groomindales. They don't care. You will get a phone call, where you are belittled, and treated like you missed the appointment on purpose. And then they will drop your pets as clients. Horrible customer service and the owner/manager obviously thinks a-lot of herself. If I could give them less stars, I would.
