Tried to speak with Kara about the extra service charges and paid $1200 for one week because I have foster cats. This entails scooping two extra litter boxes. Also the employee has broken two of my vacuums and all these issues were never communicated to me even though I would text every day. She took her on a long walk and sent us photos along the way. It was actually a nicer experience for our pet as our dog had Maggie's full attention for that period of time.
