I reached out to get a survey quote for an underwriting requirement for a client as they did not have or lost their survey. I looked online and my search resulted in nothing from the county. I did an internet search and found Goodman Land Surveying. I spoke to Brittnee and John. They said a full survey may not be needed but to try using what they found online which I was unable to. From what was sent, it should work saving this client thousands of dollars. When asked what I owe them for the work, John commented "absolutely Zero, Ill have Brittnee email it over shortly". The manager wanted to charge us thousands of dollars for a superficial interior paint job which was finally reduced to a few hundred by the owner, but we lost confidence in our manager after that. Other repairs were hundreds of dollars and a reimbursement for paint to the tenant after their handyman already painted was too high. The comments made by the manager about the monthly rent being too high seemed to be the justification for the overpricing of paint jobs and repairs. If you want to save money with more experienced property managers, go elsewhere.
