I worked with Angela and she was GREAT! I feel so much safer with these detectors. I have since moved from the area and I am considering myself SO fortunate to have these detectors as the house I rented in my new location didn't have any detectors. I told Angela by text message how I felt but then I told her about smelling a gas leak in my new rental. Angela told me about their gas leak detectors and based on my previous experience with Angela and Olympic Health and Safety, I immediately purchased 3 detectors. That was on September 12, 2023. As of September 29, 2023, I still do not have my detectors. I contacted Angela on September 20, 2023 for a status update on my gas detectors and was told that the owner, Brandon, had not even ordered my detectors. I spoke to Brandon and told him I wanted my detectors by September 27, 2023. On September 28, 2023, he called me and said that the detectors were supposed to be delivered directly to me but instead had been sent to his office. He "said" he would get them sent to me immediately and I suppose I will give it a few more days to get to me. I'm sadly disappointed in this service at this time. While I would still recommend the products, I would STRONGLY advise purchasers to stay on top of getting their products.

This company is great and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone in the Office is really friendly, accommodating and quick to satisfy any need I have. Prices are great for annual inspection work and for replacement/provision of new equipment. They NEVER push you into spending more money than you need to or SELL you anything. Although I have amazing things to say about everyone that works here, my favorite employee at Fire King is now Evan (Robert), their service technician. Evan is an amazing representative for their company. He came out to our yard this am to perform an annual inspection of our 20 or so extinguishers. He arrived ten minutes early and with the personality and attitude of someone who really likes his work with Fire King. I found Evan to be well-spoken, polite, super-thorough and organized. What I really admired was his dedication to his work,his ability to stay on task and his knowledge with regards to the size and type of fire extinguisher we might need in each area of our yard. Evan turned our tedious annual inspection of our equipment into something that was easy to handle. Hopefully, Fire King outfits him with a new truck soon. He definitely deserves it.

Two incredible plumbers Steve S. and Danny S tackled my job. They performed a very complex job…read moreinvolving my 85 year old "Cast Iron Stack". My LEAD PIPE from the STACK to the toilet developed holes from age and leaked. Danny with 47 years experience new how to proceed. He knew how to remove LEAD PIPING from the Joint at and inside the STACK, and then rebuilt the pipe in black 4" PVC up to my NEW toilet FLANGE. CARE : They gave me the better silicone rubber insert into existing STACK joint (thank you) and also gave me the upgraded stainless toilet FLANGE (thank you). I needed this job done delicately and with experience so while digging out the old broken Lead pipe, that my existing STACK would not get damaged or cracked... yikes. But alas, Danny and Steve pulled it off perfectly. This job was not cheap but i was paying for much more than standard plumbing on the job. They get an 11 on a 10-star scale. Bill Brower Tacoma Wa. P.S. I should add that Steve S. Is my regular plumber, he has done 4 jobs for me. Each time He listens to how i want to proceed and brainstorms with me on what to do. After waiting all day, I finally reached out again... only to be told they wanted to reschedule. Apparently a flooded house due to their own faulty work isn't considered an emergency. I pay extra every month to be a VIP customer, yet here we sit with no kitchen access right before the holidays, all because of Olympic Plumbing Technology -- and now I can't even get anyone to take my call. Deeply disappointed and beyond frustrated.
