Absolutely terrible business as you can see from the other reviews . I took a lawnmower in for service. It was returned with the wrong lawnmower blade on it which was too long and scraping along the inside and it now has a broken wheel. The GM refused to accept responsibility and denied that it was the wrong blade nor that the wheel was broken. He implied that I broke the wheel myself and encouraged that I take legal action. I am out $185 and still don't have a functioning lawn mower. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. read more

18 months ago I had picked up my chainsaw here after I was told it was ready. I had taken it in for a new blade, and service the engine. I was told it would take six weeks to complete. After two weeks, I was notified that it was ready to pick up. I took it to my property four hours away and it wouldn't start. After looking at it I noticed the blade had not been replaced and there was saw dust around the spark plug. Nobody even looked at it. I was so mad that I wouldn't go back. After eighteen months I decided I would give them another chance and ordered parts for my mower, June 29. On July 28. I asked them if my part came in because they haven't called me. That asked me what phone number it was under. This will be my last stop at this place for small engine help. read more

What a horrible experience. My company does a lot of business with the Aline franchise. I will personally see it we close our account at this location. I was literally the only person in the store any they wanted me to drop my hydraulic hoses off and come back "probably later" because they were too busy answering phones. Both of the counter guys didn't ask for any of my info or even offer to grab the hoses, he just kept answering the phone line and ignored me. I shouldn't have to wait on y'all when I'm there in person spending money. I will definitely go out of my way to forever do business elsewhere. Hydraulic hoses are expensive, this was a $1,259. I took a starter recoil to see if they can get it back on. They said 2 days. I waited and called and no answer from them. I show up to there place a MONTH AND A WEEK LATER and they had my part just laying on the floor. I asked them why hadn't you called my there response was what ? We haven't called you ?I never got a call that they weren't able to put it on or any update what so ever. read more

I purchase an Echo trimmer from Home Depot. It had a problem to keep running shortly after the purchase. A-Line was an Echo service center so I took it to them as it was still in warranty. They thought thought it might be the ignition module so they change it. It started and ran so they called it fixed but when I got it home and used it for 15-20 minutes, it stopped again. Took it back to them. They did more trouble shooting and found a plastic piece in the gas tank vent line that was not supposed to be there or anywhere on the trimmer. After clearing the line, it runs great. Thanks to the mechanic that keep working on the problem and got a solution. read more

my lawnmover died. it was under warranty , called the manufacturers and they refered me to this company who do most of their warranty work in this area . . it turned out to be a broken belt which was covered, .and at no cost to me they sharpened the blades and replaced the oil . good service, quick turnaround , recommended for all small engine repairs and replacement parts .., read more

After the Halloween drenching rains, I watched my (this years firewood) go floating down Onion Creek. Two days later, a neighbor in our Ruby Ranch Subdivision submitted, & I answered to dismember his blown down Red Oak tree. I reached for my MS 250 Stihl chain saw only to discover an issue, which made it not ready to saw. I called my local Stihl dealer, and A Line Outdoor in Buda had the parts IN STOCK and got my saw up and running like new. It was nice to deal with Bobby and Brooks Gregory to stand behind their product years after the sale. A commitment to Service rarely found in companies today. Many Thanks. Dropped off my mower on a Monday morning. I was told that labor was $80 per hour. Paid 1/2 up front and was told to allow a week for repair. I paid someone $40 on Monday to mow my yard. Guy calls on Wed afternoon and says mower is ready. Took 2 days...not a week which I would not have paid the $40 to get my yard mowed. Paid another $55 when I pick up the mower which needed carb cleaned and oil changed. For the almost $100 I paid, you would think they would clean off the mower...nope. Young man pushes it into their lobby and just looks at me. I'm 66 y/o and I start to go out the door with no help. Finally, adult comes in and asks if I want help. I said that would be nice and as I maneuvered the mower out the door, the door swung fully open and I fell off their 3 ft. drop off at entrance. Luckily, I still had hold of the mower with my right hand to break my fall but my left hand landed against some cactus they had planted there. Now, I'm really pissed and adult asked if I was OK and I said you better hope I am. Left very pissed off and picking thorns out of my hand on the way home. Overpriced and lazy customer service.
