In any case he was super knowledgeable and helpful in letting me know my washer was toast and would be best to replace instead of repairing it. My washer was under warranty and I appreciate him being candid with me and not trying to sell me on an expensive repair. I called and he came out the next day and submitted the claim for me to get it worked out. They have in stock a bunch of parts, so if you're fortunate to need a replacement part, they may have it immediately and you won't have to wait for it to be ordered. I've also used them for other appliances and every time I've been very satisfied. They're efficient and skilled and it's a small shop, so you talk to a real person and a short turnaround for a service appointment. read more

I was looking for an igniter for my oven. I called and they said they had a generic and name brand. They recommended the generic part as it worked just as well and mentioned they always try to help customers could save some money when they can. Extreme helpful when I called to find if they had a particular refrigerator part in stock. They did not but offered to put a rush on it so that I could have it the following day when the repair man was coming out to fix the refrigerator. He even discussed some troubleshooting over the phone in case that was not the problem. I really appreciated that. I was trying to be proactive and locate the freezer part in case the repair guy did not have one or could not locate one quickly. Fortunately, everything worked out in my favor and I did not have to call the parts place back and order the part after all. They are awful. I needed a dryer repair, I smelled smoke one day so I stopped using my dryer and called to get it fixed. They told me it was the dirtiest dryer they had ever seen and I had to get it cleaned. I asked where the lint is (because I clean it regularly) and they said 'everywhere'. They kept saying several places I knew that there is no lint, so I kept asking them to be specific and they would insist it was everywhere. So they were ordering a new part, said I had to have it cleaned before they came back, and recommended a guy they trusted. After they left I pulled off the front of the dryer and cleaned very thoroughly inside. It was immaculate, and I did pull out handfuls is lint from around the heating element that had started to burn. Very scary! I also checked out the vent from the wall to the roof for clogs, going onto the roof to check for anything near the exit and inspecting it in the attic. They had told me the part would come in on Wed. I called Wed afternoon and the said the part was coming that day, but they didn't have any openings until Monday. I have 7 people in my house; would have been nice for them to think of that and be ready to repair my dryer when the part was available. Not 4 days later. So they came Monday, weeks after my dryer first broke, and put in the new part. He went on about how he had saved our lives and our house would have burned down if it hadn't been for him. Sure... I'm the one who stopped using the dryer, called to have it repaired, and pulled all the lint out from the inside where the heating unit was. But if he wants to take the credit for fixing my dryer, whatever. After he left it worked for 4 loads. They weren't able to send someone back out until the following Wed (9 days later). In the meantime I paid someone to professionally clean the vent. They didn't mention any clogs. When the All Appliance Guy came back he said it wasn't working because of a clog in the wall. When I said I had it cleaned he said they did a 'crap job' and said it's my fault it's broken because I didn't use the guy they recommended. He said I was uncooperative and rude, because I cleaned the dryer and checked the vent myself instead of going with THEIR guy who they trust. Then he told me he disconnected part of my dryer to make sure it wouldn't turn on, because he claimed it's a fire hazard, and left my house after telling me he would not work with us anymore. And a few minutes later their office guy called to tell me all the same things. My fault it's not working because I'm rude and uncooperative. The house is going to burn down. I didn't do anything they told me to do. Well fine, I did everything they told me to, but I did it with a bad attitude. And then said they wouldn't work with me anymore. So, if you want someone who will just come into your house and actually repair your dryer, I am afraid I can't recommend them. But if you want someone who thinks they have the right to come into your house and sabatoge your appliances, (in the name of safety, because they don't trust the people you used to clean your vent) insulting you all the way, go ahead and call them. read more

Extremely unhelpful. I called a week ago because my refrigerator stopped properly cooling. They said the soonest they could get to me was a week later, so I said fine and waited patiently for my appointment. Finally, they called to say they were on their way. The very nice technician that showed up was dismayed that it was my refrigerator, as he was not a refrigerator technician. Wow. What?!?! So he left, saying don't worry, we'll get you taken care of. This company is completely unreliable. I scheduled an appointment through my insurance company 2 weeks in advanced to fix my dryer. On the day they were supposed to be here I called them to confirm that they were going to be here that afternoon. They called me back and claimed that they thought it was a morning appointment. This was a lie. As I was at home in the morning and they did not show up. Then they wouldn't make up for their gaffe by rescheduling the next day. When I tried to find another day and another time it was back to the BS of a 3-4 hour window with no desire to make up for their lie and incompetence. We showed up to their old location at 12:50 on Saturday (they close at 1PM) so I frantically called to find out their new address. I was worried we wouldn't make it before closing but they assured me they'd wait for us to arrive before shutting their doors for the weekend. So nice! They'll do their best to help you figure out the exact parts needed to make any repairs necessary. So far, we have purchased the little mechanism that shuts the dryer off when the door opens and a few plastic pieces to repair a busted dishwasher. I purchased a replacement fan for my wine fridge. The part came but turned out to be incorrect. The shaft size for the fan blade was too small. I requested an RMA and sent the part back good as new. They never offered to figure out what the correct part would be they simply charged me a 35% restock fee and I also ate the return ship cost. This company is a joke. I've been on yelp for 6 years and this is my first review because my experience was extraordinary. My wife and I went here to replace a part that I *thought* was defective on my dryer. Anthony knew exactly what part I was coming to replace before I even got to the counter. After ringing me up, he decided to test the part for me just in case. Turns out the piece I brought in wasn't defective after all. He felt bad for not checking my part before selling it to me so he gave me the actual defective part - which costs a little bit more - for the same price. We gave him the difference in cost anyway, but the gesture was definitely appreciated. Anthony said that if the part he sold me still didn't fix the problem, to call him up and he'll help me troubleshoot it. True customer service. To anyone thinking about throwing away an appliance because it stopped working, check with Anthony first. It's likely an easy fix and it seems like Anthony would be happy to steer you in the right direction, saving you hundreds of dollars. read more

We called our warranty company and put in a request to have somebody come and look at our microwave and our dishwasher. They sent out All Appliance Parts. Scott called pretty quickly to schedule our initial appointment. It was a 4 Hour window type appointment, which can take up your whole day. The technician came out, took pictures, diagnosed it and told us that we would need some silicone spray coating for the microwave and a new dishwasher rack for the dishwasher. He also said that if they could not find the rack that they may have to replace the dishwasher. About an hour after he left, someone (I think Scott, but not positive) called to say that the warranty company would not cover the dishwasher rack. I called the warranty company and told them I would like a second opinion because there was a lot of rusting and a few broken prongs. I guess the technician did not submit the pictures because the warranty company did not have any pictures of the issue. So the warranty company sent out another company, Precision Appliance. They gave me an exact time frame and amazingly with this new company the warranty company agreed to fix the dishwasher. I do feel that All Appliance Parts did not relay the information about the dishwasher accurately to the warranty company, since the new company that came out had no problem getting them to cover it! When it came time to schedule the work on the microwave to be done, we called on a Wednesday and they had all kinds of open availability for the next few weeks.... so we scheduled it for the very next day on a Thursday as we were going to be home. They told us that there were a few people ahead of us so they would be there closer to noon! They showed up at 8:50 in the morning and we didn't expect them until closer to noon (per what they told us the day before)so we were asleep. When we woke up at 9 am (just 10 mins later), I texted the technician (who had tried to text us that he was there) he just told me to call the office. When we called, they "couldn't" come back out that day and then suddenly didn't have any availability until the next Wednesday (almost a week later). It did seem like they were trying to be difficult because they had open availability 24 hours earlier, but suddenly didn't have anything for a week. So we scheduled for a week later on Wednesday with another 4 Hour time frame. My boyfriend had to take extra time off of work to be there because he was off on Tuesday (for his birthday) and they said they didn't have any availability. Then when Tuesday came we woke up and had missed calls from All Appliance Parts. They thought our appointment was for Tuesday!!!!! So maddening that they told us they couldn't accommodate us on Tuesday when we had availability, so we scheduled on Wednesday and they were calling us at 8:50 on Tuesday morning when we didn't even have an appointment. So either they were confused or they were messing with us, not good customer service or even a great company if you ask me! Again it made it seem like were messing with us. So I called for clarification and to make sure that they were going to come on Wednesday since my boyfriend had already taken time off of work to be there! Scott answered the phone and said "oh I know which property you're talking about" (I hadn't even given him the property address or any kind of personal information yet, but he knew who I was when I called). Then he tried to play it off like they were just trying to accommodate us for Tuesday since that is what we had originally asked for. But again didn't call until that morning when suddenly they were ready to do the work, didn't make sure that we were available or we even still wanted him to come on Tuesday which we didn't! So I asked to make sure that he was going to be there on Wednesday to do the work because at this point I had lost all faith in this company and their ability to do business! They didn't show up at 8:50 like they had every other time they tried to come but showed up closer to 10! Honestly I kind of didn't even expect them to show up at all with the experience we had with them previously. From our experience and previous reviews that we have read on this company they are horrible at customer service. They are not very accommodating and don't seem to care about their customers. I recommend you do your research to make sure that you know exactly which part you're supposed to have and make sure you are 100% aware of what's happening before using this company! There are much better appliance companies out there who will treat you with respect and kindness (like the one I mentioned previously who did an outstanding job, Precision Appliance)! read more

Stop wasting time reading Yelp reviews and searching around on random sites for your replacement part. Call this store immediately! Go! One of the burner caps on my stove went mysteriously missing, thus the back burner didn't work. I typed in the model number and "burner cap" into the interwebs, but it was impossible to figure out which one I actually needed. And the cheapest one was $20 with shipping! So I finally caved and called in the professionals.... Gave the model number of my stove on Wednesday over the phone, and the part I needed was delivered to the store by Friday!
