Awesome product, great service and overall great experience. Highly recommend A-List for your embroidery needs. My order was small (8 jackets), so it would have been easy for it to be low priority in the holiday shuffle of mega orders (100s or even 1000s of pieces). Not the case! Scott and his team took care of me from start to finish and made it clear my business was important. Working with A-List was great: the online system is very easy to use and intuitive -- from art submission, art approval, communication back and forth, invoicing and finally payment. And they answer their phone when you call (a rarity these days) and write back quickly if you email. Jackets were completed on time, which was important because these were holidays gifts for our employees; we needed them to hit the date so the jackets could be distributed at our holiday party. Let me get this out of the way... I highly recommend A-List for anything you need embroidered. Now that I've said that, let's get on to the review. I was just looking up random embroidery places in Austin that (hopefully) wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg. As I was checking out the various shops and their samples, I got a little bummed thinking I wasn't going to be able to find a place to match the quality of the blank Under Armour hats I was planning on purchasing. Each shop had little frays in their embroidery, or the thread didn't match up right, or just little inconsistencies that made the job look cheap... And these were the jobs they were advertising as their best! After sorting through these dime-a-dozen shops I saw Scott and A-List's stuff. Wow, heads above the competition. I think the piece that drew me to his company most was the Florida Gators logo, which I think I saw on their site. This thing looked sharp! It looked to have the same quality you would expect from any of the world's top manufacturers and yet it the quality is accessible to the public. I immediately contacted him and his company and they handled my order with the utmost of professionalism and graciousness (even after I had not been the best customer). I truly felt like they wanted my business, something I don't think I am very used to. While at first I thought the price to be steep, I was actually just not experienced at all with the industry. Second rate companies were charging the same, if not more, for much lower quality. I went with my gut and decided these guys were the real deal, and quality will pay for itself in the long run. I am thrilled I made that choice! Pick up was a breeze, and the process as a whole was super fast. Once I got the hats, I couldn't wait to show them off to my coworkers, which they loved as well! I can imagine there are other places with A-List's quality, some places with A-List's attention to detail, and some with A-List's customer service, but I cannot imagine another place that combines all three. Horribly rude front desk associate. She rolled her eyes numerous times, assumed my credit card was declined when there was no reason for the assumption. I was also told my order would be processed as the items came in, she said that wouldn't happen. Even after I had already spoken to an associate who said this was fine.
