Details: the taxi driver did not offer to help me with my bags and my luggage was literally over 50 pounds + a carry on + a purse + miscellaneous items in my hand, so I WAS UNABLE to shut the door due to too many items. Since I wasn't able fro shut the door, the driver (an older male) got out and yelled to me in front of everyone at the airport " YOU BITCH YOU SAW THAT YOU DIDNT SHUT THE DOOR, YOU WEAVE WEARING BITCH.. " and he continued as I crossed the busy street into the airport. So once I arrived to my destination I called the owner and told him the situation. The owner response was: "the driver said you were mad over the price and you stated that Uber and Lyft was cheaper." The owner basically let me know that he did not care that the driver called me out of my name multiple times. I was literally on the phone with my grandmother the whole time I was inside of the taxi and while I did say that Uber and lyft was cheaper (because I was surprised at the price), I still paid my fare with no problem and was MORE THAN courteous to the driver who obviously did not deserve it. I'm just disgusted and saddened that I was disrespected and verbally abused by anyone but most importantly a black man, with me being a young black woman its sickening. After the response of the owner I will be taking this company to court once I arrive back into Georgia. No one should spend their money with this company, they do not care AT ALL about their customers.

Smooth acceleration and breaking. The steering wheel is still there, moving for turns (probably to make the riders feel more "regular"). The service was described as full service with help with luggage and I made a note also about my elderly mother. Not only did I not get full service, the driver must not have closed the hatch on the SUV after I brought all my luggage to him, so as we are driving away from the airport at a high speed, luggage fell off, he almost did not even stop. We were lucky that a driver behind us stopped and moved the luggage to the side before it was runover. The driver did not even acknowledge or apologize. When I informed Uber they said not only would they not consider refunding any of the fare (I paid extra for full service that I did not get) but also that they are not responsible for the damage caused to personal items from the luggage that flew out of the back of the SUV. I will pay more to use other options, but won't select Uber again.
