I had other bids for less but they seemed like they knew what do. When I called back to schedule the work, I talked to someone else who had no idea what I was talking about. Apparently, the owner did not fill out some paperwork specifying the work I wanted. I reiterated what I wanted done. When they did the work, they left the stumps and did not take the grindings even after we agreed on it over the phone. I also had a hard time connecting with them: lefts several messages and took several days to get a response. Good luck with them and make sure your bid matches what you want done.
