I was really excited to grab Bang! and a couple Ticket to Ride games. You can go in the back and it opens into a giant warehouse size room where you can play their games back there for free. They said it gets really busy on Friday nights but you can call and reserve a table for free. She said staff at her American Fork location are unable to look up or help locate items, even when I showed her the SKU online, and suggested I go to another store instead so workers can help me physically look there. When I asked why no one could help physically look in-store, I was told they were short-staffed and that someone was "at lunch" at 6:15pm At checkout the cashier scanned my ceramic vase and set it on tissue paper. When I asked if it would be wrapped, she gave me a judgmental look and said "that's not going to work" which made it a very unpleasant experience overall

We had so much fun walking around and letting our kids pick out their own crystals. One of the workers answered all of my toddler's "what's that?" Questions and walked around the store with them showing them all of the cool things in the store.
