She said staff at her American Fork location are unable to look up or help locate items, even when I showed her the SKU online, and suggested I go to another store instead so workers can help me physically look there. When I asked why no one could help physically look in-store, I was told they were short-staffed and that someone was "at lunch" at 6:15pm At checkout the cashier scanned my ceramic vase and set it on tissue paper. When I asked if it would be wrapped, she gave me a judgmental look and said "that's not going to work" which made it a very unpleasant experience overall

They said it gets really busy on Friday nights but you can call and reserve a table for free. The guy at the store told him no the most he could do for him was a 7.00 refund when my son paid $40 less than 30 minutes before. This GameStop used to have amazing customer service. It has gone downhill 100%. We obviously won't be buying from this location and I will disputing this purchase on his card. We had so much fun walking around and letting our kids pick out their own crystals. One of the workers answered all of my toddler's "what's that?" Questions and walked around the store with them showing them all of the cool things in the store. The best part was how excited the worker was about everything and showing that it really was something he seemed passionate about, which made it even more interesting. If you get a text receipt, it has pictures of the type of items you purchased which was really cool if you have a bad memory and buy a bunch of stones. I especially loved that they had a variety of easy, affordable items spread throughout the shop, such as gumball machines for different cards or 3 for $10 deals.
