I am leaving this review not as a direct client, but as a fellow real estate vendor (a real estate…read morephotographer). Often in this industry, agents accidentally schedule multiple contractors at the same time, which requires us to coordinate on-site. I was already set up and actively shooting the exterior front of a home when an installer from NW Realty Sign arrived. I politely asked if he could wait just 10 minutes for me to finish the front exterior so he wouldn't be in the final photos. He became visibly frustrated, refused to wait, and insisted on digging the post hole directly in my frame. Because we both operate on tight schedules, I was forced to take the listing photos with him actively working in the yard. Basic professional courtesy and on-site teamwork are expected in real estate, and unfortunately, this company's representative showed a complete lack of both. Update received a reply from the owner of the company. ***""Thank you for your feedback. As you noted, this situation arose because the agent had multiple vendors scheduled at the property on the same day. While we always strive to be courteous and cooperative with other professionals on-site, our installers operate on very tight schedules, especially during peak season when they may complete dozens of stops in a single day. In an ideal situation, sign installation is scheduled after photography so that both services can be completed efficiently without conflicts. When overlapping appointments do occur, our crews are generally unable to delay service for extended periods without impacting the remainder of their route and other clients scheduled that day. We regret that the timing created a frustrating experience and appreciate the perspective you've shared. We value the many photographers, stagers, inspectors, and other vendors we work alongside and will continue to encourage agents to coordinate scheduling in a way that helps everyone succeed. Thank you, NW Realty Sign"*** ******* The owner's response is incredibly disappointing and completely ignores the actual issue. I didn't ask for an "extended period"--I asked for a 10-minute courtesy because my camera was already set up and actively shooting when their driver pulled up. Double-bookings happen in this industry daily, but instead of addressing the employee's bad attitude and blatant refusal to work alongside a vendor who was there first, they chose to blame our mutual client (the agent). Excusing rude behavior because their routes are busy is unacceptable. Accountability is clearly not a priority here.

If I had used Turbotax I'd probably have an extra $400 in my pocket, with only a little bit of extra work. I could see how this may be worth it if you have a small business or a very complicated tax situation, but not worth it for the typical taxpayer, IMO.

Seeing a "Numbers" person is something I legit have dreaded. Im not kidding. Dreaded as in nausea and bad nerves. But I made a vow to myself that I was going to bring in 2018 starting out on the right foot in all ways...and this was the biggest issue. So I put out the feelers for a good accountant/tax person and Ben came up. I promptly (before I totally chickened out) made an (out of body ) appt with Ben and Im so glad I did! Ben is SO good with nervous people and people that have limited comprehension of his world. He's very patient, kind and grounded, and that alone helped me be calm. He explained things in very simple and clear terms, could tell when I was starting to get overwhelmed and would crack a joke and bring me back around. I never once felt like an idiot. I left there feeling like I have a solid basic plan to get started on. Sincerely, if you are overwhelmed by this aspect of your life because you have limited knowledge...Ben Numberman Harris is where you want to turn. Im very grateful I did.

My…read morethoughts are similar to many others here - frustration with the online dating process, love-hate relationship with the apps, not finding quality men, and having a bit of occasional writers block when I did actually connect with someone. So when I decide I am actually going to do something, I tend to move quickly. I setup a phone consult (right from the Yelp app) and talked to Ladan the very next day. We then had a face to face meeting three days later, and another within the next week. She was able to setup a photo shoot for the very next day to supplement some of my existing photos with additional casual photos (shout out to photographer @emilyjoangreene - she was awesome too!). And voila - we went live 24 hours later. Fast forward to 8 days later (today) and I have already received more "likes" than I had in all my previous online dating adventures. Three upcoming dates confirmed, and this is FUN, not frustrating anymore. Ladan moves at your pace, helps you showcase the best of YOU and doesn't try to make you into something that you're not, is accessible for those silly follow up questions, and basically just downright amazing. She loves what she does and it shows.

This is, literally, the reason I'm leaving this review. Ladan legitimately understands relationship context much better than most people I've talked to. She has told me what I need to hear , rather than what I *think* I want to hear and helped me handle unclear or potentially awkward situations with perfect fluidity and taken the confusion out of uncomfortable moments. If you'd like to be more successful with dating, give this a try. As she likes to say "it's not you, it's your profile!"

The decals on the rear were placed in the wrong spot, and the web addresses on the sides of the vehicle are split lengthwise along the bottom seam of the doors. You guys, c'mom! I came to Kolor Werx with a print from a different vendor (Fast Signs). The artwork from Fast Signs wasn't in the box. Kevin had been provided with the artwork via email. He was out of town when I had the actual work done and the artwork never made it to the job. The employee installing the wrap called me at one point mentioning he was having some difficulty with a part of the install, but said nothing about the missing artwork. I learned later that they looked up similar wraps on the internet to help out. I own a franchise, so there were some examples on the internet... decent try, but no dice! After all was said and done, I called Kevin to try to work something out. Unfortunately he became heated and defensive before any solution could be reached. The $100 discount he gave me was not worth the stress, or the poor attention to detail. I really was hoping to figure out an amicable solution, but the conversation didn't make it that far. Located on a cute section of Fremont, there are only two parking spots out front with additional free street parking nearby. Though it's a small shop, visibility to the customer area in the front isn't great, so sometimes when they're busy they don't see you right away and you have to speak up. They've been quick to respond to emails, and have a decent turnaround time regularly, with the option for a ~$25 rush fee for same-day printing.
