Not only was the service exceptional but the bikes were new and ideal for the island. When we asked about baskets, she said they had ordered them but they were not in yet, so she loaned up a backpack (no charge, nice). Two hours later, she texted us to say the baskets were in! Great service. There are other bike rentals on the island but I highly recommend this one which is clean, neat, totally on the ball and even has a store dog:=-)

When our young son accidentally dropped a small, cheaply made item, the woman working there (an older lady) was incredibly rude and insisted we pay $4 for something that was obviously worth a fraction of that. Instead of treating us with any understanding or basic courtesy, she acted as though we were a burden. If you're looking for a friendly place to shop for souvenirs, I'd recommend going literally anywhere else. Very disappointing experience

I had no prior knowledge or bias, so I own my opinion expressed here. There was no interaction with the staff, she seemed pre-occupied behind the counter sitting with her back to the customers the entire time. I live near a beach so I completely understand the seafaring theme but I had no idea by the store name that I was entering a shop with such a narrow focus so I guess that was my biggest disappointment besides the pricing, I felt the quality of a lot of the pieces didn't match the asking price but then again nothing here had me drooling to negotiate a better price. I walked the entire property in under fifteen minutes which was plenty of time to view everything including a little room off the main floor that was partially filled with Native American art and trinkets, personally I wouldn't have a reason to stop in again...

Some of us had a lot of fun at the quarter machines. Even though I spent a bunch of money, I am super happy with all the things I bought. We stopped in here to get the above mentioned, there's lots of touristy stuff here and a staff that was more interested in what was on their phone than providing a great customer service experience like others have said "no smiles, no thank you" - believe me all these souvenir shops are dead in the off season so nobody was overwhelmed here including myself. The selection was not that good but my agenda was to get something from the area and I did on my own after scouring this place after asking for some direction from the staff - I don't thing they know what a refrigerator magnet is so they weren't much help but I got something and cashed out...

We headed to the beach afterwords to my surprise being in the Golf coast the water was clean and warm. Not shells almost very disappointing.
