From the start, Dr. Sarah was confident, calm, and reassuring. She took incredible time and care with my temporaries--they were secure, comfortable, and shaped beautifully, which immediately put me at ease. For the first time, I wasn't worried they would fall out. When it came time for the permanent veneers, we were unsure about the color at first, but Dr. Sarah said to try them in and reassured me we could redo them if needed. She was right--they were a perfect match. She even scheduled a follow-up to make sure I was completely happy. Dr. Sarah and her assistant were patient, meticulous, and truly passionate about their work. After years of stress over this process, I finally feel at ease knowing my smile is in expert hands, and I'm so grateful I found Brielle Dentistry.

I have been debating writing this review for quite a while, since Brielle Dentistry Co seems to…read moreonly get rave reviews here and people appear to have had good experiences with them, but please consider my personal experience with them a cautionary tale. I went there for an emergency root canal, which went well, although I had to wait in the chair doing nothing for 45 minutes, before they finally started working on me, consequently making me late for work. Everyone was very nice and apologetic, but that was a bad first impression for me. They pushed the comprehensive dental exam for a later date, which I did get. They found many many issues with my teeth and gums, which really surprised me, as I practice excellent oral hygiene every day. Long story short - I moved to another state not long after this and found a dentist here, who did the exact same exam - all the bite-wing and panoramic x-rays, photos, physical exam, etc., and found only a tiny fraction of what Brielle "found." For example - Brielle told me I needed to get 2 back teeth extracted. I knew of one tooth, given what was going on, but the other tooth they wanted to extract turned out to be perfectly healthy and fine, with absolutely no need to extract, per my current dentist. Brielle also pointed out other work I needed to get done - another example: deep scaling - while the dentist I go to now found no issues whatsoever with my gums. And there were others. Needless to say, I would never to back to them.

I saw Dr. Levintov twice over the last two years for two wisdom tooth extractions. Both times the experience was great. The most recent extraction was super quick, I thought he just started and it was over already! No pain either time! Nobody likes to go to the dentist or oral surgeon, but Dr. Levintov and his staff are super nice and down to earth, you almost forget you're going to get work done. His knowledge speaks volumes as well. I'd give them all more than 5 stars if I could.

That's a no no and they also said that was only for an exam. Their next appointments for extractions were three weeks later. So six weeks for someone with an infection. I was told about Dr Levintov's office in Howell. Decided to go.instead of making me come in for two different appointments one for an exam and one for the extraction, they told me they could do everything in one visit. I wanted sedation. The office staff was very accommodating,kind, informative, spotless and everything was explained upfront. Dr Levintov came in, he went over my x-ray with me, explained it all and saw that I was very nervous. Before I knew it I was asleep and awake. I had absolutely no pain afterwards. I was in shock. I've had many extractions and always have pain after. You should have no hesitation in using this office. He is an excellent surgeon and someone I will be using in the future if need be.

Broke a back tooth last evening and began a google search this morning for an emergency dentist. Family Dentistry of Toms River was the first result that popped up. A quick glance showed positive reviews so I made the call. I'm so glad that I did! They got me in within the hour and took all precautions with temperature check and social distancing protocols. I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist but Jess, the assistant, was very kind and understanding of my personal needs. Dr Shariff was very easy to talk to and he took the time to listen to my concerns. I appreciate his patience and caring efforts as I'm a very nervous patient. The broken molar was 90% filling and was damaged on the back and side...I needed a crown. To my surprise I was told I would be walking out with a permanent crown in a couple of hours. Wait....what?!? No temporary, no two week wait...sign me up! I am very happy to have found Family Dentistry of Toms River, Dr Shariff, and his staff! I will recommend them to everyone I know! My hygienist , Amanda, was simply GREAT. She is very thorough, friendly and is like having a family member serving you. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED . Dr Bench is Dr Bench. Smart, friendly, painless and attentive. As a highly professional doctor when you speak to him it is like a guy you are having a beer with.
