I felt that she handled my brand as if it were her own. Megan is so great because her service stands up to her designs. During my logo process it was a struggle for me to discern how i felt I wanted my business to be represented. Through my indecisiveness, Megan walked me through the process and guided me on ways I can better portray my vision which ended in a difficult decision on my part because I loved each piece she offered so much. For my wedding invites we chose a collection suite plus a custom address stamp which was so unbelievably painless. She handled the printing as well. Everything was delivered in a timely manner and she gave great recommendations for envelopes & packaging. And the design was pretty awesome on top of the ease. Her passion gets me so excited about the pieces I order, the way my goods came delivered... So adorable! makes you feel valued and you never feel that she's too busy for you... even though I'm sure she is :) I work in the event industry and MaeMae Paperie is my first stationary & paper goods recommendation. The quality of the invitations were amazing. We used a VERY hefty paper to convey the value of these invitations and the party. Since the party was on the Queen Mary, there was a 1940's cruise line theme. The RSVP cards were even cut to represent a cruise ticket. In addition to the actual invitations we also purchased the design elements so that we could use them for internal marketing. When my graphic designer and ad agency got their invitations they were both impressed at the quality that we received. Mae Mae is a must for any event that you want to convey a sense of importance.

There was a great selection of different scents to use to make the candles and I appreciated the variety of glassware available. The class was very self led with little interaction provided from the instructor which can be great for certain groups but I felt didn't benefit the group that was there that day. The shop was full of different decorations which were nice but it gave a cluttered feel and was a bit dusty. My apron that I was given to use was dirty with someone else's trash inside the front pocket. I like the playlist addition to the candle which was unique and a fun way to add something personalized to the candle. I wouldn't likely come for a class again but would def purchase a candle as they all smelled great.

It is such a good birthday activity, because you get to have a fun experience together and then take a candle (that you made!!) home! You can tell how much thought and love was put into every little thing at Kobi Co. The space itself is amazing. There is always amazing music playing and the room is so comforting and cozy. The candle making process is so fun! You get to pick out your scent combinations, which is always so fun to play around with! I love the process of making a playlist to play while burning the candle. It makes me think so much more about the vibe I am attempting to create (both through my candle and through my playlist). Then you get to finish your candle off with charms and crystals and create a label for your candle. The way Kobi Co. has set up their candle making class ensures that everyone is able to put so much love and thought into their creation. In addition to all of that, the mission of Kobi Co. is incredible and the fact they have a scholarship opportunity to offer to young BIPOC women. There are so many reasons to buy from and attend an event at Kobi Co. I can't want until my next candle making class!

we got my now wifes engagement ring here. we were looking for a specific brand and they just so…read morehappened to carry it. having never even looked at engagement rings in person yet this experience was great and fun. they were super responsive via email when my wife was asking questions before we went in. when we did finally go in they remembered her and were ready to go with the items we were looking for. they didnt push us to spend above what we wanted or make us change our mind. they made us feel like the decisions we were making were the right ones because they were the ones we wanted to make. they also answered all our questions and follow up questions that we had when we got the ring. they overall made the experience one we will always look back on and have great memories of. the only reason i wouldnt give them a 5 star rating is the box we got with the ring wasnt exactly what we would have liked. it didnt feel as special as we thought we would have got and we werent the biggest fan of the chocolate brown box for the engagement ring. wished we could have had some say in that. other than that though i wouldnt hesitate to go back here and make another purchase.

All I did was show up with a cake and the birthday girl. Each kid picked out a project, their choice of endless charms, and color of glue. Staff helped along the way too. The party was a fun and unique change from all the other bouncing and same parties, and no gift bags required since the kids all went home with their projects wrapped up in nice boxes.

My friend and I were wandering the Southdale Center Mall when we happened across this little place…read more Considering most of that mall is upscale, hoidy-toidy, way-beyond-our-price range clothing and jewelry shops, we were pretty excited to take a peek. The store feels a little sparse/empty, like there's room for plenty more merchandise to add, which was a bit odd. The front half of the store is admittedly mostly foreign/bootleg blind boxes of plastic toys that no one should be buying like Labubus, but this kind of wasteful crap is trending right now, unfortunately. Amusingly, they also were selling little outfits for your keychain critters, so at least you could dress them up differently if you didn't get the one you wanted. XP The back half of the store is better. It's a crafting area! For parties or just drop-ins. The employee helpfully gave us a small tour and invited us to ask any questions if we had any. They have several tables and chairs set up for you to work at if you choose to do a craft. You can choose from canvas totes, pencil cases, luggage tags, makeup bags, etc. to iron on patches (there are lots of fun designs to choose from, big and small, as well as lettering) at reasonable prices of 1 for $3 or 3 for $5 for small, and 1 for $5 or 3 for $10 for large. Or you can utilize their "cream glue" craft with tons of available colors and piping heads to change the look of the glue (think like decorating icing on a cake) and tons of cute charm designs + "sprinkles" to adhere to a variety of items such as phone case, jewelry box, hair brush or mirror, photo frames, hair clips, or ornaments. They had some sample items out to help give you inspiration if needed. Aprons are provided, and there's a drying area for your creation to sit while it firms up too. My friend and I didn't opt to do a crafting experience this time, but we may come back in the future. It certainly looked like a fun way to spend an afternoon!

I'm a big fan of vintage dresses. I own several and they are generally my go-to for other people's…read moreweddings and fancy parties. So when I started thinking about a wedding dress, I wanted to try to find a vintage number that fit both me and my style. I was so happy to learn about Andrea's because I wanted to shop leisurely (not get into an ebay bidding war) and try thing on (even if the measurements seem right, it may not look good once it's on). The shop is loosely organized by era, but you can pull from any rack if something catches your eye. I especially liked Andrea's vision in seeing how a dress could be altered--different neckline, shorter length, a change to the bodice--to fit the designs I was most interested in. A nice, low-pressure environment, but don't bring your whole entourage. There really isn't room for more than one or two extra people, and the dressing rooms are pretty small considering the volume of some of the dresses. Obviously the assortment changes all the time, but the day I was there I saw dresses ranging from about $300 to $1600. I was also impressed by the selection of vintage accessories, including sweet birdcage veils and embellished headbands.

Im not from GR and I got to meet so many other friendly awesome vendors. I would drive again to ge a vendor at one of their events. Set up was simple and breezy, the host was in and out through out the day, amd for the most part let us run our own show, which I personally loved! Im not a fan of micro management lol. Personally, I think the show was stellar!

The dresses were all hung up around the shop and we were directed to take photos of the ones we liked and our stylist would grab them for me. All of the little try on areas are in one big room, so if you are a private person looking for a quiet moment, this may not be the stop for you. But for me, it was very fun to see other brides trying on dresses and get inspiration! Our stylist was very helpful and the champagne was a nice touch! Free to make a reservation and I felt no pressure when I decided the dresses were not for me. Vow'd has all their selection online and the prices were true to the listings.

Seating is very open, so you're in your own section but you can still see other groups. They have a variety of different couches available for friends and family to sit on which were very comfortable. During the winter when it's wet outside they have you take your shoes off near the entrance of the shop.
