I have been to Miracle to Behold since I was 11 weeks (I'm 26 now) and I have always had the BEST experience. There are certainly times when the baby is not as cooperative as others but Amy is patient and gets all of the best quality pictures she can. She is also very informative as to what you're looking at. Especially early on when you aren't sure how to read the images. I would recommend this over and over. read more

I want to start off with the positives of this place. Amy is very sweet and kind. The place is cozy and relaxing. When it came to the scan however it wasn't the best. We paid over $100 and don't have ANY pictures that we can use. We weren't offered to come back for a rescan we were just told to come back further along and given like a $20 off discount. It felt like a crime to pay after seeing the pictures. They were incredibly blurry and you couldn't even tell what you're looking at. They also said their machines weren't the newest and imaging wasn't always great. If you have an anterior placenta or are plus size I wouldn't recommend this place for the price. read more

We spent 30 minutes in a session but baby was obviously not having this. Baby kept opening her mouth quite a bit and then putting her hand over her forehead (were those signs of baby's reaction to the scan?). We received a couple of clear pics but baby was not in a good position. I later read articles about the heat exposure of 3D/4D scans and how the baby may have adverse reactions to this. I wish I would've read this before going in. The overall experience was just ok. Online articles also recommend the shortest session possible - wish I knew that beforehand too. At the end of the day, I'm not sure what I exposed the baby to unfortunately. read more

I had an okay experience at A Miracle to Behold. They are a bit hard to get a hold of at times. However, once we were able to contact them we got an appointment almost immediately. We came here twice- at 15 weeks for gender reveal and 28 weeks for 3D/4D. During our 3D/4D appointment, our baby was fairly uncooperative. The sonographer spent lots of time trying to poke and prod him to get the best images. When he refused to move, he got me a drink and had me walk around for a bit to try to get better pictures. Although the baby was not being cooperative, we got some pretty good pictures. It was worth the money. read more

I loved this place! My boyfriend is in the oilfield so we never know when he will be home so when he called and said he'd be home that day I immediately called so we could find out if we were having a boy or girl! They got us in that same day and were just the sweetest people! We found this through Google. This was our families first time doing a 3d/4d ultrasound. Gary the tech was awesome. We picked the Silver package. The office, lobby and bathroom was very clean. The people who we met when arriving were friendly and helpful Gary was very informative, he explained and showed us what we were seeing on the screen. He showed us several images of our lil one who was smiling big time. We got some spectacular photos. Gary was able to find the gender with in 2 secs and at 18 weeks I wasnt sure we would find out today. Gary was great at what he does. We also were able to receive the photos, cds and pick the stuffy that holds our lil ones recorded heart beat. We will be returning in week 28 and I have shared my experience with friends and family. My 2nd time here after 4 yrs, my 1st experience was good and captured great images. A day before coming here we went to another ultrasound place and we had horrible experience wasted our money. We called and we got an appointment same day i was excited. I am 31 weeks they dont accept over 32 weeks i was just in time! They are professional, passionate and they really know what theyre doing, getting images was hard he had to push and shake my belly but im super happy with the result. I got 5 prints very clear images, 1 CD and a DVD. Also sample of similac formula and pen. Everything for $149 its worth it! They have military discount too. We went to A Miracle to Behold for a gender determination at 16.5 weeks and had an incredible experience. They have a large projector screen that allows you to see you baby really well! He took the time to explain the images and to point out our baby's little fingers. He genuinely seemed excited, not as if he looks at ultrasounds all the time. My husband was not able to make it, so they put the gender and pictures in an envelope for us allowing us to find out about our baby GIRL together. Paid $100 for a package that only gave me two 3D pictures that looked almost identical (after I was told I couldn't choose which ones were printed). And a CD with the pictures taken. The sonogram tech was not very friendly. He kept jabbing my belly really hard to get my baby to do what he wanted. I came out of there sore and disappointed. read more

A great experience! I was able to book an appointment starting at 15 weeks to find out whether our first baby is a boy or girl. I booked the Gender Plus package on a Saturday and brought several family members with me. It was a very cute, welcoming place and the man who performed the ultrasound was very thorough. We saw the baby from every angle and he pointed out hands, feet, even the heart beating. I was very impressed with how much we got to see, especially for such a low price! I can not say enough amazing things about this place! They took our appointment super last minute because our other place cancelled an hour before our appointment. The sonographer was great and he made sure we got as many good pictures as we could when she wouldn't corporate. The DVD was of our entire visit to music and the add on bear was perfect. We had an appointment here last week at 25 weeks. The sonogram technician isn't the most enthusiastic person, it seemed like he was just there to get his hours in for the day. The baby had his head turned and he prodded for 30 mins with the handle for him to turn around and he was NOT gentle about it. I thought my belly was going to be sore and bruised the next day. My husband said "I don't think that would be a comfortable feeling for anyone pregnant or not". He did however get two good pictures so there's a positive. The front desk lady is very nice too. We went to stork vision in grapevine at 16 weeks and had the greatest experience with them! The technician loves her job and is very enthusiastic about getting the best pictures. This place is amazing! They're both so nice and courteous!! Our baby was not very cooperative and kept hiding in my hip. The man who did the ultrasound spent extra time to try to get the baby to move so we could see Baby's face, with no luck, so he asked us to reschedule and come back the next week for free!! When we went back, the baby was still hiding, but, again, the ultrasound tech. spent about 30-40 minutes trying to get Baby to move. He even gave me a Coke and had me walk around. The baby didn't end up moving, but we still got 34 absolutely adorable pictures of our little one!! I could look at them all day long!! :) A Miracle to Behold is absolutely wonderful!! It is completely worth every penny!! We will most definitely be returning during future pregnancies!! read more

We got the 2D gender reveal package at 16 weeks. There was no pressure to upgrade to 3D/4D. The ultrasound tech was so nice! The facilities were clean and well cared for. I would give a 0 star rating if I could. The rating is not due to the actual ultrasound performed but to customer service that we received. We signed up for a 2 visit package. Visit one went fine (we got what we paid for), we got our ultrasound and went home and enjoyed the pics and video very much. When it came time for the second visit we missed the preferred time frame do to being busy, misunderstanding (we sincerely thought they told us best pics come towards the end if there range so we wanted to be around 32 weeks) and a little bad math on our part. At first it was all okay, I called they told me we missed the window of good opportunity, but since we paid they were going to still schedule us and see us and at least try and see what they could get. Perfect, thanks, and we made the appointment. Then later, by text message of all things. I am sorry you are passed the 32 weeks and we can't do it. I asked, why is there a risk? They said no, just likely wont get good pictures. I said I understand its on us that we waited to long, but if no risk why not try. The response was that they clearly told us and their website even specifically says they don't do an ultrasound passed 32 weeks. I responded to them that i didn't remember being told that not did I find that on any literature or the website. In fact the FAQ says: "How far along should I be before I have a 4D sonogram? If you plan on having only one session, we recommend having the exam performed between 27 and 30 weeks. However, excellent images can be obtained from 18 to 32 weeks. Many mothers opt for our 2-visit Platinum package to see the baby's growth from the second to the third trimester. For twins, we recommend scans before 27 weeks." Only language about the best time period to come in, which we agreed that they told us. I suggested that if 32 weeks is the absolute last week, they should clearly state that no ultrasounds will be done after 32 weeks. My main issue is how they handled the situation. I still don't understand why they changed their mind and wouldn't try, The entire conversation was over text message, I initiated with a phone call but they felt like text message was the best route. It felt like I was being scolded for missing the "optimal time frame". There are right ways to tell people, "I am so sorry, but because of x, we are unable to do it". If there is a risk or problem with doing it answer it nicely, don't get angry that I asked why and get defensive. I mean I admitted, we waited passed the 32 weeks. It is what it is, that was our doing. In the end she offered a partial refund, I never asked for it. I excepted the partial refund. and her final response was "In 5 years no one has ever misunderstood our instructions I am sorry you feel you were told something that we NEVER say Good luck with your baby", this was the tone of most the responses and to finish with this I thought was simply crazy, and by the way caps mean you are angry and yelling, which is why you should never hand customer service over text message. I never suggested they told us that we could come in after 32 weeks but that saying the optimal period for 27 - 30 or 18 - 32 is far different than saying that you wont do it after that. I apologize that we are the first couple that didn't make it in during your acceptable time frame. I am sorry to tell you, it doesn't give you the right to treat people horribly about that. I sincerely hope that you take my suggestion to add vocabulary to clarify you do not do ultrasounds after 32 weeks. That will help people like us who waited for whatever reason (even if that reason was a misunderstanding) to make darn sure we get in by a specific time. Anyway, i feel if you have the perfect experience you will likely get what it is you paid for from this operation. But if you miss something or get something wrong, be very ready for an incredibly bad experience. No matter if you deliver the product expected 99.9% of the time I could never recommend a place which such bad customer service. read more
