I really enjoyed speaking with her. When I arrived at the office this morning, the two young ladies at the desk were polite. I was taken back almost immediately by my radiology tech, Chelsea who was wonderful to work with. She was informative, pleasant, gentle, understanding and patient. I really enjoyed my visit today from start to finish, which is very atypical for me when having to deal with medical procedures. Thank you to the Hulen location of Envision Imaging for making this experience pleasant because I was really dreading it.

The staff was super accommodating and very personable with my adult disabled son. They already had all his info and the staff who did the scan was super caring, chill and eager to help our situation. We also had a few funny moments from my son so the appointment was very light and positive. This location is actually more convenient to the other so this will be our new X-ray home! It's so nice to be so welcomed especially at the end of the work day. Thanks guys!

I could have ignored that part but the tech rushed me through so quickly , less than 6 minutes for entire time in the back . I question the accuracy of the mammogram . When I asked if the same radiologists read the scans as the other BASH location she replied " no I wish- it's a company out of Houston" so my confidence level with the place is zero now . Lastly the check in person was so unfriendly , did not greet me acted like a patient was an inconvenience. There was no one in the waiting room unlike the BASH location which is always packed . Katie the PA, is equally wonderful and every time I had an appt with either ladies, I knew I would be treated right. I feel like they are family! All of the nurses are spirited and super kind, they each make my experience at the office worth it any beyond by answering questions and just being there. I have been a patient at this office for over a year now and experienced great services throughout my first pregnancy well before, and now shortly after. Dr English successfully helped deliver my son and made the whole experience for myself as a new mom memorable and genuine. No bologna and all heart. I like how she is extremely professional and can be like a best friend at the snap of a finger- I really trust her. I'd be honored if she delivers another baby of mine, should we have one! I just truly want to thank the whole team in the office for such great adaptation to these different times in our world, and for the excellent work you do to help all of us gals out! She supported me with so much compassion and grace as I continue my journey toward the blessing I'm believing for. Callie gently reminded me that God is still--and always--right in the midst of our plans and our path. When I mentioned that the ultrasound showed something that felt like it was literally "blocking" my blessings, she looked at me and said, "But God... He always surprises us." Those words hit my spirit in the best way. I'm so grateful I chose her. I've had many ultrasounds before, but none where the sonographer was this kind, this comforting, or this anointed. Women deserve better than this…read more I had a routine mammogram at Solis and was later diagnosed with a mass in my right breast. No one called. No one explained. I found out by reading a cold, clinical report in an EMAIL, on my own. Alone. I was also charged $119 for a heart screening called mammo+heart. The results--showing arterial calcifications--were also sent to me in an email with circles on an image showing areas for concern, and still no one called to tell me what it meant OR what to do next. They still haven't. When I showed up today for my scheduled ultrasound, I wasn't even on the books. I was told I owed $428 upfront, and when I asked for help, I was told no one with authority was available. I am a nurse who works in an emergency veterinary ICU. When a patient has a serious finding in a radiograph, ultrasound or specialized test, we call the owner right away!! We explain what it means. We give options. Because EVERY animal deserves dignity and clarity. So why is it that women facing a possible cancer diagnosis are met with silence, disorganization, and complete emotional neglect? This is not just bad service--it's inhumane and unacceptable! To the staff and leadership at Solis: You are dealing with women who are afraid. Who are waiting on life-altering news. This is not the time to go silent. Pick up the phone. Explain the findings. Show empathy. Be better. DO BETTER. To the women reading this: Please know you deserve a facility that will treat you with urgency, clarity, and care. If your experience here mirrors mine, I hope you speak up too.
