I received a call back for a diagnostic mammogram, biopsy and ultrasound. I was treated with kindness, empathy and concern from every single person with whom I had contact. I received a tentative diagnosis but I most certainly had breast cancer. The technician doing the mammogram was kind and professional. The ultrasound tech was wonderful, answering questions and describing what the different areas on the screen represented. The radiologist was the same--professional, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate with a wonderful and appropriate sense of humor. I had as much fun as is possible in that situation. She gave me the diagnosis and said once the biopsy was read by the pathologist, she would call me as soon as she received the report. I received warm, caring, empathetic hugs by everyone before I left. The next Monday I received a call from the radiologist who explained everything and told me I would be receiving a call from the surgeon's office. They made a horrible situation palatable. I appreciate them so much.

I called this office in Weatherford the first of last week to ask when I would get results. They…read moresaid a paper letter would be sent but they could email me. They did and I saw concerning results, and they requested I call to go back in for additional imaging. I called my PCP to advise and ask for a referral to the provider I had gone to last year because I would never go back to Solis. When I made the appointment with them, they said they would need the imaging from Solis, so I called to ask about signing a release. The lady I spoke to said she would email it to me. It never came. I found the form on the Solis website and printed it off and completed. I took it to them this morning saying I wanted a CD by tomorrow afternoon for my appointment the next day. I received a call from there saying they had sent the images and report to the other provider. I called and confirmed they had received the imaging. They had. Then this afternoon I got a letter from Solis stating my imaging had areas of concern stating they had tried calling me but I had not answered!! They NEVER called me! It would show on my phone and they could have left a voice mail to call back. They NEVER called me. Liars! Do not use this mammography center if you can go elsewhere! They lie and their professionalism is beyond horrid!

I am glad I did not! I have been seeing Dr. Subramanian for several years now and think he is awesome. That said, my family is almost all doctors except me, and I am VERY picky. If I feel like a physician talks down to me, I will find someone else. Dr. S discusses my personal issues with me like we are a team---he's the coach, and I am the player. With that approach, he has convinced me to do some of the preventive procedures I had previously avoided. I know that he takes a personal interest in my well-being and I will continue to see him in the future.

Weatherford location is closing and it's about time…read more Terrible P.A. Laurence Hayward. Doesn't care about you or your health. It took 2 nurses and 5 attempts to get my BP and Hayward told me I needed to go see a cardiologist and take it daily at home. Him and his office is lousy at handling office tasks and referrals. My insurance approved payment of a BP cuff from a medical supplier, just needed his order and signature but his office called the next day saying he wasn't ordering one and I could buy one over the counter. No explanation and now I see why. Melcher is my Medicare dr on record but I saw Hayward 1st. Guess if your dr didn't get you in 1st, tuff. Twice I've tried to get an appointment with my dr on record and 4/2026 was told they weren't taking new patients. REALLY HES MY DOCTOR. EVEN THE INSURANCE IS FLABBERGASTED. Then just tried again 6/9/2026 and they gave me 1 for next day, put me on hold, came back and told me they couldn't make the appointment as I hadn't seen Melcher and I was seeing Hayward his P.A.. The guy said I'd have to do a new patient so I told him I'd do the 6/29 and after another long hold I was told they couldn't make me an appointment. No reason. So my 6/22 appointment which no one has notified anyone of its closing will leave me with no doctor. I have now filed a 2nd grievance with my insurance. Yeah they type something here but they really don't give a crap. I spent 3 days in the hospital for BP 76/52 only for it to come back AGAIN, THAT IT WAS MY MEDICATION!!!! $1,050 later, the 2nd time from the previous one, with multiple specialists and test to be determined its medication. What the point of having a PCP when they are too incompetent to even look at your info!!!! This fool could have killed me!!!

He needed a specialized biopsy & when his ENT and our primary care doctor failed to find a hospital that could do this type of FNA biopsy, Dr. Hall did. He followed through with contacting us for 2 weeks until the procedure was finally scheduled and done. Staff was patient with all of our phone calls & treated him with the utmost care!! She was incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire process and made sure I didn't accidentally order a new test or have to reschedule my appointment. On a whim, I happened to read Saleta's post in a Local Fort Worth Group. Her sample pictures were exceptional and I loved the Stockyards setting. It made me so nervous to send money electronically! When I messaged Saleta, she was so quick to respond, she understood my being nervous, and she was so excited to work with us for my daughter's special day.
