Every time I go to Envision, I am haunted by the 'check in online' constantly until you do it and 'arrive 15 minutes early to 'check-in'. Well, I have two problems with this. 1) Filling out these forms online before your visit is already checking in. It says it right there. And of course, you can't do it just once. You have to do it, otherwise you're pounded with text reminders until you do and then you have to do it again a day before your visit. Like we have nothing else to do other than go through the check in process THREE TIMES, twice online and once at the facility. 2) Arrive 15 minutes before you appointment, well, I have a life, not much of one but it's mine. My time is important, just as important as anyone at Envision. If you want me to arrive 15 minutes early, make my appointment for 3:45 instead of 4pm. You're wasting my time with all of these 'check-ins' and as I said, my time is important to me. This policy is so 'strict' that arriving two minutes late at one appointment on the Oak Park facility due to traffic, they had me wait for 35 minutes before an office employee told me they'll be taking me in 15 minutes and 'sorry for the delay' for a CT scan that literally took 2 minutes at a different Envision. It took me longer to take all my metal off and put it back on than the scan did. When I complained, the woman told me I could talk to her manager and I told her, 'No, you can tell her. I don't repeat myself and it's just wasting even more of my time' I walked out and swore I'd never go back to that location. They were taking people that arrived AFTER me for more than a half hour because I was late by two minutes due to traffic. But this isn't the only problem location. ALL of them are like this. It's like a cult 'complete the check in forms online, do it again and arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to check in' and over and over and over again. And if you don't adhere to their policy, they make you wait. I will NOT arrive 15 minutes before my appointment. I will do my best to arrive AT my appointment time. Envision does not respect their clients and their time. In the future I will do anything I can to NOT go to an Envision center because of these two points. They must have gotten sick of getting complaints like this because there is literally NO WAY to make a complaint via email on their website. The only way I found was to put in a 'testimonial' on their site and I'm 100% sure this complaint will not be posted on their testimonials page but hopefully someone will see it and make a change, but I doubt it. read more

A little annoyed at the woman at the front who asked my husband if he was excited for his appointment, where he was there for a very serious medical issue, and it's been a roller coaster for our entire family. Seemed a little insensitive to work in a medical place and ask such a question to someone in for a CT with contrast. I sat there trying my best not to cry the entire time he was back for his appointment. read more

My wife and I are 75 years old. She is unable to stand or walk. Her back doctor sent her to Envision for X-Ray and a CT Scan. Lucky I was with her because the technician's were useless. I did all the helping while they talked about how they didn't want to hurt themselves. Bad experience. read more

Envision Imaging is excellent! They scheduled my appointment quickly. I called to ask about instructions, and they clarified how much water I should drink/not drink before my ultrasound. When I arrived, I waited only a short while. The technician was polite and very thorough. She made sure I was comfortable while she was doing the scan. I appreciate the staff and facility for their good service! read more

Friendly staff. The radiologist was running 15 minutes behind and instead of us having to sit there and wait for our turn to be called. One of the staff came from behind the desk and let us know in the waiting area. When we first got to the building, we were waiting inside for my partner to walk in. One of the staff came up to us and asked if we needed help on where to go. Staff members were going out of their way to help people fill it out. read more

My husband and I almost always get sent here when we need imaging done, and it's so easy to book online and always a quick visit with very kind people. The technician I had for my most recent X-ray was very kind - I've never had a fear of hospitals/doctor's offices/big machines for imaging etc., but I think anyone who does have mild/moderate fears like this would find that alleviated with the level of care they provide in their service. Also appreciate the cool coffee & tea machine! This last time my throat was feeling a little scratchy due to my allergies flaring up with the weather changes, so I opted for hot tea. read more

I left a review about how great the customer service was a few months back, this part is still true. The bad part is when I got my results back , the MRI showed nothing was wrong. I was still in dire pain a few weeks later, so my doctor sent me to a different place for another MRI reading, just in case . That MRI showed several things wrong -- I ended up having to have several things on my leg operated on. After much research, I have been told I am not the only one who has had a wrong MRI reading here. Please get a second opinion if you feel like you need one. The receptionist lady conspicuously offered coffee to male patients, but not to female patients in the waiting area. Blake, my x-ray tech, was super nice and personable! Wait time was minimal. We had a late order for my daughters knee on a Friday afternoon. I was ready to go on and wait at least 30-45 minutes . From the minute I scheduled the appointment to the very second we left : it was the easiest , most efficient appointment I've ever been to! Walked in , greeted and helped immediately, papers were together to be filled out by me. Turned in the paperwork by the time I sat down they called us to imaging . My daughter even said "That was so fast!" We have been to plenty imaging , dr appointments and more and never had such an effortless appointment. I loved it' keep up the great work ! I have nothing but positive things to say about this location. They were able to get me in next day early morning for x-rays that were needed for an appointment. The girls were super sweet and super easy to talk to. My x-ray tech was Amanda and she was fast, efficient, and friendly. Any envision imaging is a joke, they will screw you to death. Check your benefits and do not expect any customer service. They will charge you for everything even their screw ups, I will never use them again, as long as there is another place to go. I've had to do an MRI every year due to a tumor in my brain. It was $142 in 2021. $303 in 2022. Now 2023 it was $1430. What the hell. They had me go into a mobile MRI (which consisted of being half-naked in a scrub dress, walking outside in the winter cold and going into a shoddy semi-trailer box with an MRI in it.) Then to top it all off.. as I have been making PAYMENTS because the bill was so god-damn high this year.. and they send my bill to a debt collector because no one stated I needed to be in a "payment plan." Even though my first phone call I stated I was going to be MAKING PAYMENTS. Bunch of bull shit and the lady in the billing department was EXTREMELY RUDE. I'm never using Envision Imaging of North Fort Worth ever again. I don't care how close and convenient the building is. read more

Personally, I had no insurance issues but for those that did, it's always a good practice to get the cost verified upfront. The complex issue of coverage is very tricky. read more

WARNING! Verify benefits and out of pocket costs before confirming your appointment. I scheduled an appoint with Envision based on the in network provider list given to me by my insurance company. Once they verified my benefits, they called, confirmed my appointment, and left a message for me to call and they would provide the info regarding my benefits. I called back and the person I spoke to offered no info regarding the benefit info and told me to just come in. Upon arriving at my appointment and beginning to complete patient info, I was informed my out of pocket cost for a simple sonogram would be $332.00. I walked out and called my insurance, who located another provider less than 5 miles away that would cost me less than half of that. Prior to taking time off work and driving to an appointment here, verify your benefits and out of pocket costs so you won't get price gouged! read more

I love coming here. The wait time is non existent, the staff is always very friendly and professional, and the procedures take very little time. You can also request a CD/DVD of your MRI or Xrays to show to your doctor and you can keep them for future reference which I have found to be very important in my back recovery. read more

Let me begin by saying I was scared and anxious when I needed an MRI. Even though my doctor had scheduled my appointment for me, I called with many questions. My anxiety was getting the best of me, and I was concerned about my MRI. The receptionist was so kind and understanding. This office has a wide bore MRI, which I guess is almost like an open MRI. After seeing the MRI machine, and talking with Chris, I felt confident I could get through the test. I brought my husband along so I could take some anxiety medicine. The receptionist helped me with my paperwork and was very patient with me. While I had my MRI, my husband had chocolate chip cookies that the girl up front had just baked along with coffee!! That's service! The person doing my MRI talked to me during my test to let me know how much longer I had left. I left feeling silly for worrying.. We were so happy with the service that when my husband needed a CT scan, this was the first place we called! This was a great experience (for a medical test anyway), the staff was both helpful and courteous, the facility was very clean, and they calmed all my fears. It was a busy office, and they still made time to ease my fears. My only other MRI was in a hospital and felt like I was in a coffin. This was the opposite of that! While I hope I don't need to return, if I did this would be the place I would choose! read more

Be careful with this place. It seems they play some type of an insurance game to optimize their profit at the expense of the customer. I was scheduled for a scan and they verified the insurance and advised me that my out of pocket would be $312.00 and my insurance would pay only $80.00. I spoke with my insurance agent and was advised to contact Envision again and ask for the "cash price" or "non-insured price." They gave me a new price for $200.00. Why did they not offer that to me at the initial appointment phone call? Additionally, I found the woman conducting the test was sarcastic, cold, and had a poor attitude. I filled out paperwork, changed into scrubs, had a MRI done, and changed back into my clothes in 30 minutes!! A few minutes later, they handed me a disk with my MRI on it. Fastest and smoothest MRI that I've had done. Always an excellent experience with Envision. When I called to set my appt I spoke with Michelle who took care of getting it all setup. She was pleasant/professional in all aspects. I enjoyed speaking with her. Upon arrival I called as instructed was ask to wait in the car for another 10 minutes, came in at the time I was given, and greeted with a friendly face at the front counter. I had a very minimal wait and was taken care of by Sharon for my exam. I was in and out in less than 45 mins from start to finish. Had MRI done in January 2021. My Bill was right above $1900, but then later they send a bill well over $2700 when they found out I had co-pay and was mostly covered by my insurance. I called customer Service, and wanted a reasoning behind the change in price before and after the MRI, and Sherryl, the lady on the phone got pissed and raised her voice and hung up on me...completely unacceptable behavior and treatment from this company. You keep me in a state of confusion. You didn't do the original x-rays according to dr orders. You call me in the day before my scheduled mri and ask me to come in early only to find out my inconvenience was to allow you to clean up the mess you made of the original x-rays. There were supposed to be mri of 2 separate areas but only 1 mri had pre-authorization. Someone from your office calls me and tells me this and minutes later a text comes in telling I need to schedule. I'm in the office now and there is no pre-auth yet on the 2nd set of mri's. Have no clue what the text this afternoon was all about. Is this really the best you have to offer? read more

Stephanie P. at Keller Envision Imaging was not only the most experienced MRI/CT imaging tech I've ever met, she was the most HUMANE person in a service industry role I've ever come across. This is not something taught in training and is a blessing from God. Beyond her humanity and warmth and compassion, she was also the MOST experienced tech I've met. She personally caught an error that no other office caught when I was being scheduled for both a CT angiogram and a MRI with contrast the same day. Imagine all that contrast at once!!!! Zero inner office communication. Wanted to argue with me about my scan that I was having. Supposedly orders were clarified before visit from the doctor, but showed up to have to tell 3 different people what scan I was going to have. Even after I informed ALL the staff that I talked to that day that I was allergic to IV Contrast, and that I had kidney disease, I still got attitude and push back. Will never come back, and will be telling everyone I know not to use your Keller office in the hospital. read more
