We had been having a lot of rain over the week I was scheduled for service. They were fantastic at rescheduling! When the tech got here he was dressed in the company uniform (still wearing the Covid mask) and extremely polite and communicative. I asked him to be sure and get under the evergreen in the front yard and to please go around our shed in the backyard because I had seen a LOT of tiny ants out there. (totally understandable) yet a text or call stating this would have been nice. then when the tech gets to my home and I say the appointment was for 2:30pm and he replies with no it was for 3:00pm and it's 4:30pm when they showed up. feeling some type of way about being lied to. not feeling the great customer service that I read about. not valued at all. and now because I am not happy with the service, they want me to pay for how they have made me feel like my business wasn't valued to them. We set a date/time for him to show up and do the service. He'd had an opening and reached out to me asking if we would prefer an earlier time. It worked out and he did show up right on time, and was very professional and pleasant. We'd been having ants and all kinds of small bugs all over our home before Wild West Pest Control came and did their treatment. They were very thorough, getting all the nooks and crannies. I am very pleased to say their treatment is very effective. That day and a few days following, we were finding dead bugs even in the garage.
