I've been through my ups and downs with pest control companies but am thoroughly impressed by Truly Nolan! Always excellent service from corporate, to our local office, to the estimators and technicians. For one price they go through your house and map out any pest problems or potential problems then the technician comes to "fumigate." It's truly mind blowing that there are multiple tools and substances used to get rid of pests. I was amazed to see the different ways they went about the house spreading their clean & green substances (yes, safe for pets and us!!) They gave me a summary of pests I didn't even know I had! And spent their time showing me potential problems and solutions. I really appreciated their communication skills. Recently, after rescheduling many times, I forgot about an appointment. This is a big issue for us because we have LARGE mastiff dogs. We always have to get someone to pick them up or take them to get groomed according to when pest control is coming. Our technician was so understanding and took the time to call even after we didn't answer the doorbell (no one was home.) He told us he didn't mind the dogs and had some of his own. I was blown away he would still perform the service for us!! My husband got there just in time to let him in the house. I am SO thankful I found this company. I would not use them. I asked for a quote and for 1st time service, I was given a price over $200.00 and this was just for outside. This is far too high considering I ended up finding Villalobos Pest Control. read more

Value is reasonable yet the quality of service not so much. had the initial and one add service. had questions, took weeks and up to five different times calling to get some type of communication. felt like I was getting the runaround, not feeling like a valuable customer. called to cancel my service and was informed that there would be a cancellation fee. was also informed that if the tech tell you a certain time, but they get busy on another service, they have up to two hours to get to me. (totally understandable) yet a text or call stating this would have been nice. then when the tech gets to my home and I say the appointment was for 2:30pm and he replies with no it was for 3:00pm and it's 4:30pm when they showed up. feeling some type of way about being lied to. not feeling the great customer service that I read about. not valued at all. and now because I am not happy with the service, they want me to pay for how they have made me feel like my business wasn't valued to them. I would gladly pay the $130.00 to be done with this company. Now I have to wait for a manager to review and call me back. shaking my head, wish I was told about this cancellation fee before I signed up. what a disappointment read more

We've had trouble with rats getting into our attic and have tried everything we could think of to get rid of them without success and finally called Truly Nolen. Josh was able to take care of our rat problem in just a few visits. He was responsive, helpful, always on time and we would highly recommend him. read more

I have an existing provider, i was comparing rates and truly nolen came up #1 on services in my zip code so I'm distrustful of their response that "we don't service your area". I called the local phone number and they were also stumped why that excuse was offered, but they gave me a quote. It was well intended but ultimately not competitive with others I've received. read more

We noticed a bunch of fire ants in our backyard and asked if Truly Nolan could come out and take a look. I was expecting them to come later this week, but they came the same day. We have been using their services since we moved into our current home, 7 years ago. It is always a pleasant experience and we have no issues whatsoever. Definitively a very effective service. Unfortunately, they have been raising their prices way too often and it is becoming pretty unaffordable. It was very unfortunate too be offered a service that truly Nolan does not provide!! The representative Joe showed up to my home to do the initial visit, I requested for my backyard to fogged obviously Joe was ok with it and he explained that he would and that misters would get installed as well, to be turned on when we were not outside! but the worse thing after I was told that the service would get done the same day that the initial visit would get done!! Joe explained that it was unfortunate but there was no way it would happen. Herman showed up the next day only to spray the grass and trees and granules on the grass. He was never told about the yard being fogged and the misters. What got me after I spoke with Emily she was extremely rude and refused to fix the problem even after I tried to work with her. Emily's concern was about she was told and refused to listen to my concerns or the miscommunication that arose from the very beginning. I guess by the time Robert Dean called I wash overwhelmed with the situation and cancelled my contract all together!!! read more
