I'm always on the lookout for the perfect pedicure experience, where all the planets align just so. Yesterday was no exception. I stopped by early in the day to make an appointment for later. The atmosphere is really girly & quite beautiful. It seemed nice & quiet. Check & check. So far, so good. I didn't know enough to ask for any specific tech, so the massage I got was really underwhelming. She did do a nice job on my nails, and it's super close to my house, so I will definitely give them another try. read more

I was in Memphis from NWA for the weekend. Needed a Manicure & Pedicure for an event my husband and I are attending this evening. Looked on Yelp reviewed some of their reviews. Called and they said come in they could take me immediately. I want to say I have been in my share of nail salons. This place was amazing! SO CLEAN AND ORGANIZED! Thu gave me an amazing pedicure and Ken did my nails! I will be going to see them every time I am in town to visit family! Everyone there was awesome! GO VISIT! read more

The shop is super clean, the staff is friendly and drama free, and they do a great job with pedis and manis. I'm pretty basic and they attend to my needs as nicely as they do to the more high maintenance and $$ clients. Really can't say enough nice things about this establishment. read more

I felt like such a princess here and I'll definitely be back! They serve wine and nonalcoholic beverages. I got the CBD pedicure and it was so relaxing. I love how girly my nails look! The color is #138 it's so perfect. This was a gel manicure. They have several colors to choose from. Everyone was so friendly and sweet. I made an appointment ahead of time so I did not have to wait at all. Everything is spaced out and COVID-19 regulations were met. I am so glad I found this place! read more

It's been a while since I've seen the pedicure stations for kids at nail salons. I brought my little girl here to her first salon visit to start our mother/daughter nail salon visits. We both got mani and pedicures. I got the cbd pedicure. She got classic and her nails painted. One thing that ruined the experience for me was particular techs. I hate to go to these shops and people act like they don't know English. I spent half of the time irritated because I ask the lady for gel polish for my little girl and she put regular polish on her. Like she 3 and obviously I pointed and picked out gel polish why put regular polish on her and not even sit her under the dryer when you're done??? Why not help her dry them if you going to even use regular polish?? That didn't make any sense regardless if you know English. You have kids chairs that display experience working with kids. Anyway the lady left my little girl with regular polish on her nails and didn't help her dry it or nothing. Polish was all on her face and legs and In her eye brows. Another lady had to explain to her to use gel and she still didn't fix it, just ignore us. Someone else had to fix her work. That was the only downside. Who wants to be irritated at the nail salon?! This is one of those salon where you have to be picky with the techs. You can't go in and let any availability tech perform services on you. The prices are on the higher side but I'll definitely give them another try when I'm in town. The value you get is worth it. They have frozen margaritas, wine, sodas and chips for you to enjoy while you get your pedicure; Just be cautious of the nail tech. It really can ruin your experience. I would recommend David and Anna for quality work and customer service. read more

I went to this nail shop because my cousin highly recommended them. My first pedicure was so bad. The lady left dead skin all over my feet literally you could see it peeling after my shower. Toe nails uneven. My gel polish was all over my skin and had lumps in my nails. Manicure was decent it was another lady I think she said she was the owners daughter. I actually loved my finger nails that trip but the pedicure was trash. Okay so I went 6 days ago. I get the exact same thing gel manicure and pedicure. This time I had a new person she did my manicure and pedicure. It was a better pedicure for sure. She got the dead skin off. She didn't know how to file , cut cuticles, or polish. All my nails are uneven ...like for some odd reason she refused to fix my nail shape. Aw yeah my gel is peeling off already as well. I expected a better experience this time around. Will not be going back. I actually filed my nails down a little before the pictures. read more

I'm giving it a four because of Moon. She did an excellent job on my feet. She really put in some effort and it's great appreciated. So often I don't get that. A gentleman did my dip manicure. He did a very good job as well. He only put two coats of color on at first but when I said I wanted three, he didn't give me any problems about it. My nails look great. I got the jelly pedicure and it was really nice. I added paraffin wax for my feet and it's amazing. It is an added expense though. Overall happy with results. I did not get a drink though. They never asked me. Ask for Moon! read more

THEY NEVER DISAPPOINT!!!! I am a continuous customer here I have been going here for years!!!! They are not perfect which no one or business ever is but any problem you may have and anytime you are not satisfied THEY MAKE IT RIGHT!!!! I am pleased 90% out of 100% of the time. They are friendly and very welcoming. Their prices are sooooo reasonable and they have sooooooooo many colors. Their service is unmatched!!! Mary the owner is a true sweetheart and one of the most humble business owners that I know!! As long as you tell them what you want they WILL deliver!!! Spring has spring but my feet still show signs of having winter blues! :( It's a little chilly out today but I decided to start preparing my feet to be ready for warmer weather. I'm trying a new nail place today, A-Nails. They've actually been in this shopping center strip for some years but recently moved a few doors down into a bigger location. Chris has been here before. I love this shop. I've gotten my nails done multiple times here in the past two years. Today didn't go as usual. I think the nail tech was new and he totally screwed up my nails. However, Andrew stepped in, practically shooed the guy away, and salvaged my nails. I understand being new and that this is a craft that you must practice in order to get really good, so I don't fault the first tech at all. But Andrew really saved the day. He and Teresa are AMAZING. They also don't talk bad to me for having a messed up thumb nail (I slammed my finger in a van door fourteen years ago and my nail hasn't grown in properly since), and I love them for that. read more

***Ask for Moon!!*** Went for pedicures with one of my besties today about 3pm. They weren't crazy busy as we arrived but got busy as we were getting our pedicures. I was really impressed that they put little blue bags in the foot bath for sanitary reasons! I was more impressed with my girlfriend's nail technician, as she really worked on her feet and got them smooth and clean as could be! Her name was Moon- she was charming and just amazing! They have a plenty of pedicure chairs, and an armory of polish choices! Even the massage chairs were quite comfy :) I don't live in the area but if I did I would be back! They took great care of us and made sure we left with great looking pedis! read more

This place deserves 6 stars! After leaving, I felt like that was the best nail experience I'd ever had. Kiva was the tech that took care of my deluxe pedicure and also shellac manicure. She took her time and was very thorough and explained to me that she loved her job and viewed pedicures as "an art". She gave me a glass of wine and we had great conversation the entire time. Going forward - this will be my go-to nail salon. She was so awesome! read more

I went here yesterday because my nail shop was closed. I got a regular pedicure with shellac and a dip manicure with tips. The staff was really nice and helpful which was probably the only thing that I liked about it. I had to pay upfront and then when they started on my nails and I told him what I wanted they said it would be extra which I said was fine because maybe they misunderstood me when I said at first because I was across the shop from them. The pedicure lasted about 15 minutes total from beginning to finishing my polish and she only cleaned my cuticles on my big toes and not the others. She didn't even use the UV light on my polish so it's already looking rubbed off not even a full 24 hours after. The manicure part of my nails was good. The shape and polish wasn't so good. He didn't get the edges of my nails painted and the shape on my right thumb isn't the same as the others. One side is filed down too much and the other isn't filed down enough at all. He said my nails were dry and proceeded to put the oil and lotion on. I didn't realize till I got to my car that they weren't dry so only one of my nails polish is smooth and the others have lines and and are rough because they didn't get the chance to dry all the way. This was my first time going to this shop and figured since it cost $110 dollars before tipping they would be good, but I wasn't happy with it and probably won't be back. read more

I would give this place one star but its not an option! Plus, they actually provide great nail services but today was unacceptable! Long story short: They should service the clients as they come in unless there is an appointment in place. Basically, a lady walked in and said she needed a mani AND pedi but needed to be somewhere by 2:45pm...my nail tech was called over while I was soaking and she didn't return until about 30 min later! Plain and simple: RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! read more

I usually switch up my nail place every time I get them done but I think I've found my holy grail of all nail salons. This little hole in the wall place did a fantastic job. My nail tech really took her time and paid attention when she was putting my acrylics on. I don't know if I just caught them at a good hour or what but the service was superb and the prices were very fair! I got a full set with regular polish for $23 and an extra $5 for the coffin shape. The setting isn't too luxurious but for nails like this it's worth it! read more

I have been getting my nails down here for years, even with all of the staff changes. My last three visits I have not been happy I completed the text survey and complained so that we wouldn't keep having problems when we return. My daughter is at the age now that we can have our girls day out and get our nails and feet done together. This last visit about a week ago, the lady doing my daughter's pedicure injured her twice she nicked her big toe's and made them bleed, she was too rough, I had to calm my daughter down she began crying had to ask to heat our water, normally they offer wine, water or chips or snack, you have to ask them now, every time we go back there's a problem with the price going up and we get the same service each time, I have to always ask for Mary to come and fix the problem. I was super pissed this last visit because her son or cashier charged us the wrong price and she stopped on our way out to tell us she's sorry but he charged the wrong amount, for the problems we had that day it should have been almost free, I tipped Tom and David because they are the best she has and when she adjusted the cost she gave us a $10 discount but the cost still put us above what we normally pay. My family members were going here too and one or two of them complained about the service and that same lady is too rough. The workers don't get a break when they should or eat until the customers are all done, that's not right. They're breaking the law, your workers are suppose to have meal breaks. Were all looking for a better nail salon. read more

I am home from college and came here on a Sunday because my normal spot was closed, this was the worst experience ever. It took over two hours to get just my nails done. The lady working on my nails kept leaving me to go and work on other people's nailing leaving me for nearly 30 minutes at a time and when she was working on my nails she was rushing to get done and laughing at how she was a "quick worker". Not to even mention that she never painted a top coat on my nails, she said she would be right back and left for another twenty minutes until I eventually ended up just walking out. Will not be returning here. Came here because of the great reviews, but I don't see it. My nails don't even look good. read more

Love love this nail salon! No matter whose chair I'm sitting in they do a great job! Friendly and I always have a great experience. And Mary always have my eyebrows on point! Dip powder is always my go to, and it's long lasting! I've been to a few nail salons but this by far is my favorite. I drive from Fayette County, it's worth the drive. read more

I had a wonderful experience here! I got my toes polished and a acrylic set. The man that did my toes was very personable & I had a nice conversation with him. As soon as I sat in the chair, I was offered numerous types of free beverages. The whole staff has a warm presence to them. The salon itself is beautiful and serene. I've been to this shop 3 times. I think I've made this my nail shop after over been on a search for such a long time! The staff is very friendly and attentive. On my last visit I got my first pedicure and I really enjoyed it because the tech took her time. I've gotten dip on my hands everytime I've gone and they do a pretty good job. I typical about nail shop on Saturdays but I ended going one Saturday and despite being busy they were still pretty efficient and tried their best to get every customer in and out quickly. When soaking off my dip I don't feel as if they've forgotten about me. Someone is constantly coming by checking. read more

The guy who did my nails made them very long lasting. There was also a guy walking around getting people drinks and helping out. They had a full staff and there was no wait!! I went for a gel manicure and and a regular pedicure. The guy doing my gel nails was new but he did a very good job! Very friendly environment read more

Those are the two positives. I see others have given them 5 stars and hate to be the one to give lower. But I'd have to lie about our one time experience. I will never return because of these reasons: 1. Whatever kind of normal nail polish they use, it is either a poor quality brand that does not last 3 days on your nails....or they dilute the brand they use and it is very thin with no protective coat applied on top. 2. I left the salon not realizing that one of my legs was not rinsed off from the pedicure. The salt scrub had dried and I didn't feel it until I got in my car and sticky granules went everywhere. 3. My friend got a special "cat eye" metallic manicure with tips and told the technician not to cut her cuticles. I echoed to not cut them to him because he didn't seem to listen. He hurried through the manicure so fast and began to cut the cuticles regardless and made my friends finger bleed immediately and she stopped him. 4. The cost was outrageous for the poor quality of polish, lack of protective coating on the polish, a very low quality pedicure/massage, the drive-through service and ignoring instructions for my friend. Outrageously expensive as they nickel and dime you for every little detail.

I would say the inky take away is that they buffering while shaping the nails was a little painful when shaping around the cuticle. With that said, she finished with cuticle oil and made sure that my nails were neat despite not getting the manicure. Ilof course it can come off pricey but the overall experience was very high quality so this will be the new staple for me.
