Very disappointed. I went last Friday and spent over $100 on my nails only to have to go back a day later because they use poor quality gel, then again for half of them lifting less than a week later. I called and asked the price of removal and explained what had happened for them to say come in and they will fix it. After they fix it they then tell me it'll be another $40. Save your money and go to any other nail salon. read more

I really don't want to write this review but feel like I should so other people won't go through what I did or waste their money. The guy that did my nails filed my finger so hard it made me bleed. He was completely missing my nail and just filing my skin. I was cut In three spots. He saw me bleeding & got a paper towel, then proceeds to keep filing that nail/my skin. I told him it didn't need to be filed anymore. He kept filing it. My finger is so sore. It burns and hurts every time I touch something. Which really sucks when I spent almost $50 just for my finger to be in pain now constantly. I asked him nicely if I could have a discount or something because my finger was all cut. I wasn't trying to embarrass him or cause a scene. He got the manager and the manager put something on my finger to help the cuts. I told the manager it burned and asked if I could have a discount or something but he left and I don't think they ever applied or gave me a discount. I think they acted like they did and didn't because it was $45 for S&S isn't that the usual price or higher? I also got two tips added onto my fingernails which cost extra. That wasn't a problem but my nails are filed so short I barely have any nails at all. So I'm not sure what added the tip did. I also left him a tip because I understand he spent time working on my nails, but I still think I should have gotten better some better customer service for having my finger all cut up. Like I said, every time I use my fingers now my one finger is constantly burning and sore. It's very frustrating. read more

Very bad business! Do not go here even if your life depended on it. John is rude and very unprofessional and I had to get very unprofessional back. This is the 3rd and last time he has screwed me over! The first time I got pedicure with gel polish. When I got home I noticed my big toe wasn't dry ( gel drys instantly because they use the uv light ), it never dried. Went back the next day they said the same man had to do it and to come back tomorrow. I went back the next day he did it again and I got home still never dried. Went back the next day John said he had to do it again. I refused and John got mad but then decided to do it himself after we fussed about it. The next time I came I got my toes and nail and lashes done per usual but when they finished my nail I noticed you could literally see completely through my nails like it was clear lime green. He said that it was because the guy didn't know how to use the lime green nail polish and He painted over his work like 6 times leaving my nails really thick and uneven. He said that he would just give me a credit for next time I came back and gave me a 43 dollar credit for when I come back. I usually spend atleast 120 on nails and toes and wax and but this time I decided I just wanted lashes he refused to use the credit because he claimed it was 7 months old which it was only 2 months and then switched it to it was because I got my lashes done instead. Also made a big scene and made an announcement to his customers that I wanted something for free which really pissed me off because I ain't never needed a handout and I pay for all my services and even tip! I will never step foot in his doors again!!!!! Oh yeah he called the police too. He is a piece of shit and with not many other options in thomaston I decided to give him another chance but he has made it clear he does not care about his customers! read more

I went and got my nails done today, I asked for a 60 minute pedicure and the lady said no basically and offered me the cheaper one and said maybe next time "when more time", but then she gave the lady after me the longer nicer pedicure. Also with my nails it was rushed with none of the normal cuticle cleaning or anything. I understand it's the day before NYE but if you're too busy, please let me save my money and time read more

Worst place ever. It took 4 hours for a simple full set and pedicure on a Monday. Then they half did my nails. They didn't really buff or file them so most of my nails are crooked. NEVER AGAIN. read more
