The massage part was terrible. The technician was nice but she ended the session at 3:20.....so I ended up with a 30 minute facial that was supposed to be an hour (50 minutes). When I asked the front desk about the time of the facial I was told different people "need" different levels of work. I wasn't there for work....it was supposed to be a relaxing facial. That was $85 DOLLARS! This is actually my second bad experience here and I probably should have learned the first time but I was hopeful this one would be different. I won't be going back unfortunately.
