BEWARE!!!! LISA will f**k up your eyebrows. She made my brows crooked, one brow very short & way below my natural brow line. Bothe were way below my natural brow line, which caused my eyelids to sweel up indefinitely. It's been almost 2 years since the procedure (Ombre brows) and I still have swollen/puffy eyelids. She caused me to have permanent damage to my eyelids/brows. There is also some permanent scarring on my brows because she pressed down on them so hard during the procedure. My brows were so swollen & bruised afterwards, that I couldn't tell that she had created two completely different shapes for each brow. When I contacted her to ask for a brow "correction" she told me that the procedure works "differently" for each person, depending on their skin "type& skin tone! I call BS, because when she wanted my business prior to the procedure, she told me that both brows would be shaped like "twins" & the Ombre effect was designed to last 18-24 months before a "touch up" procedure to restore the original color/shade was necessary. My color/shade faded within 2-3 months. Lisa has repeatedly told me that she had no way of knowing how my "skin" would respond to the Ombre Brow procedure & that she wouldn't even consider "re-touching" my brows until at least 12-24 months has past. This woman is a scam. Please BEWARE!! She will lie to you prior to the procedure & deny any responsibility for f**king up your face after she has gotten your $600 for the initial 2 visits to "complete the process. read more

Let me start with saying I was so excited for this experience. I booked my appointment from 11 am - 2 pm. Five days after booking my appointment, Lisa went in and changed my appointment from 1130 am - 2:30 pm. I didn't even catch this until the morning of my appointment. But whatever, I still had a little time. I scheduled a doctors appointment for 3:30 the same day based on my original appointment with her. I live an hour in traffic away from her salon. So 2:30 would've still given me enough time. She text me when I was five minutes from her salon (10:34 am) telling me she was running behind could I come at 12:30. I immediately pulled over to text her back. I was about 5 minutes from her salon and still needed to get the cash balance anyway. I told her in text that I couldn't do 12:30 because I had an appointment. She didn't respond. I text her again and said please let me know before I pull cash out of the ATM. She didn't respond. So I went ahead and drove to her salon so she wouldn't say I was a no-show. I spoke with her and informed her that I couldn't reschedule and my reasons why. I threw out some dates I could come, but told her I would call her when I got home. Roughly 52 minutes after I left she text me saying she could finish me by 2, could I come back I told her no, I was already home. She apologized and said her client was extremely late. She offered me Friday at 4:30. I told her no, I didn't wanto battle traffic at that late in the evening. I also told her that at this time, I'll just pass on the experience. She then text me and asked if I wanted a morning appointment. I didn't respond. Because imagine your first experience with someone changing your appointment without talking to you and then prioritizing a late person over you. Which is fine, but I disputed the $75 dollar deposit. LISTEN, when I tell you never in my 40 plus years on this earth has a business text me personally, but this lady sent me a text message that said, "you will not win this dispute, I promise you that". I was so appalled. First off, it was scary, secondly, it was unprofessional. And third, it is ILLEGAL, to attempt to charge a consumer for a service that was not provided due to the business' own fault. I sent her a lengthy text, telling her I would take her to court for harrassment if she message me again, and guess what, she text me again. I have been spiraling for two days. Because never have I ever experienced this. I can't imagine if businesses did this. Do not go here. Please, I urge you. I've filed a complaint with the BBB, the Georgia Attorney's General Consumer Protection Division, and I'm consulting attorney's with what my options are. I have never felt so threatened and violated. It's sad because she looks like she does good work, but her business acumen is beneath the dirt. I was recommended to this salon by a co-worker who got her brows done by Lisa years ago and they looked good. So, I decided to make an appointment to check her out. My appointment was set for 11:45. I got there at 11:30. Got a text from her around 11:27 saying that she was running behind and would be there shortly. After about 45 minutes went by, I reached out again and asked what was her ETA. She said she was pulling up shortly and that her ETA was 20 minutes, and that she would give me a discount. Cool. She pulled up 30 minutes later. So in all, I waited for about an hour and 15 minutes. She finally arrived at 12:55ish. She apologized and explained her reasoning for being late, which was a bank issue. She proceeded to start on my brows but was CONSTANTLY on her phone. She checked her phone throughout my ENTIRE procedure. Every time that phone made a sound, she checked it. Every phone call that came through, she answered it. I was so annoyed. After the procedure was done, my eyebrows looked nice. They always look nice on day one. I went to the front to pay my remaining balance and asked how much would the discount would be. She said $10!!!! $10 after you were late for over an hour....$10?!! Then she asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. WOW! I'm already paying over $500 for the procedure and you asked if I wanted to tip. I politely declined, paid my balance and went about my day. Before I left, she gave me some cleansing cream, healing cream and instructions for care. I get home and start reading the ingredients in each product along with the instructions and the instructions says not to use anything that had the same ingredients that the cream she gave me included. #confused. Days later, my eyebrows went through the healing stages, and I used the creams that she gave me because I'm thinking maybe the instructions are dated. However, I noticed weeks later that my eyebrows was passed the ghosting stage and had not come back. So I went back for my retouch because I'm thinking second time around would be a success. I took the products back with me along with the instructions so she could see what she gave me and to see how they contradicted each other. She responded and said we need to update the instructions. I also showed her the creams that she gave me (which was something she makes herself and the bottle was really cute) and asked me if this is what she gave me. I told her yes. She said, oh my bad, I gave you two healing creams when I should have given you a cleansing cream and a healing cream. Again...WOW! She re-did my entire process vs. doing a re-touch because my eyebrows looked like they were never done. Second time around was not a success either. Needless to say, I went to someone else to fix my brows and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!!!! Robin at Bladed Glory hooked me up and I was extremely thankful for her! Thank you Robin! this lady will lead to believe she is professional and has the best quality with microblading/shadong, safe your self and your face this woman massed up my eyebrows and when I let her no how the process is going after the healing process is over, to let her no that my eyebrow don't match and for a correction, she replay with a picture stating that this is not permanent makeup , and to put makeup over it, rather than being concerned about the customer in worklong on a solution that will help both parties, She just replied with pictures stating that the work that she do is not permanent well that's not what you sell on your page. after I paid you 500 for me not to wear eyebrow makeup she is a fraud and a liar this lady will take your money and then say wear makeup, save yourself the embarrassment and the discomfort of walking around with disfigured eyebrow from here run I will leave pictures read more
