A package of 10 is $1200. And my last one was 2 hours! Typically it's 1.5 hours and they'll do whatever treatments is necessary for your skin type so every session can be different. My SIL even got her skin tags lasered off! The focus isn't just on skincare. The massage is AHMAZING. I'm literally glowy jello when I leave. It's predominantly neck, shoulder and arms. They'll put compression device on your legs and feet which gives you a lower mini massage too. I'm obsessed. Easiest way to schedule an appointment is via text. They do have some English speaking aestheticians that they can set you up with! I don't want this place to get too booked out that I can't make an appointment but your girl cannot gatekeep so enjoy!

We've typically had a good business relationship, but the owner and I had a disagreement for the first time yesterday during a scheduled session which unnecessarily escalated. My goal was to find a reasonable solution by offering to pay a cancellation fee for my appointment and reiterated a few times that I did not want to negatively impact her or her other customers. I paid the cancellation fee, and I left. It was clear we jointly decided not to work with each other again. I was fine with this solution and didn't think much of it. Around midnight last night, I received a couple of lengthy, rambling, text messages from her. I didn't read all of it as I do not see the purpose, but promptly requested she not contact me again and blocked her number. Yikes....

I thought my appointment was at 9:30 but it was at 9. She cancelled my appointment because I showed up late but allowed me to reschedule for a few days later which was "against her policy". God was probably trying to save me from what was about to happen... I arrived to my appointment and was showed into the room. I was SUPER nervous because this was my first lash lift but Shere assured me it wasn't her first. I asked her if she would be using the Elleebana products which I saw advertised in the waiting area. She said she was and I was excited because I looked them up on Instagram while I was waiting for a minute and the before and afters looked incredible! I got settled in and she began. I thought I would be guided through the process but Shere had her earbuds in the entire time listening to a podcast or audiobook or something. I was VERY tense because I had no idea what was happening and come on, these are chemicals near my eyeballs so it was stressful! At one point something started really burning my eye and I was like ummmm my eye is burning really badly! She rinsed it out with some solution which helped but wow! Too late, I was already waist deep into this thing. When the results were shown to me, I should have just said something then. The lashes were so curled they were getting stuck inside the crease of my eyelid. Since this was my first experience I thought "ok, maybe this is normal?" And just sort of thanked her and walked out. Over the next week my lashes have looked horrible. They appear to be bent and going in every which direction. I reached out to her to discuss my dissatisfaction and she told me that she told me I should have bought the lash conditioner and to "keep in mind that not every person will respond to a service the same and that part is not in my control". I reached out to Elleebana, the lash lift products Spa Degas and Shere use and advertise for, and asked if Shere was trained to use their products. They emailed me back very quickly and said they had no one by the name of Shere Simone or anyone at Spa Degas trained to use Elleebana products. These products aren't the same or generic to the lash lift solutions out there, which Shere tried to tell me. Let me just say, this was my first lash lift and my last. According to 3 different technicians I have seen after this to show them my lashes, every single one of them said my lashes were over processed. Owner Shere refused to acknowledge she did anything wrong and kept saying I should have bought the conditioner which she didn't even offer me the conditioner or suggest I needed it until after I came to her with my complaint. Owner Shere told me if I posted a review that I was a bully but I am posting this to warn future patrons about this place. Shere the owner is a crook and won't bat an eye(lash) taking your money and running, even after an awful job done.
