Every time I get to go, they make me feel like family, I feel more relaxed which makes it easier to work thru the exercises. I highly recommend Randy and his staff, the atmosphere at the clinic is very inviting, no anxiety like I've experienced walking into other clinics. I'm down to going occasionally since they have helped me so much! Randy and Angie's professional degrees offer specific techniques, which will target whatever ails you. Just go, you'll love them!

I was told later by other professional physical therapists the only way to puncture a lung is to be in a hurry or not paying attention. Don't go here. I disputed the claims they did not do anything. 1st - they coded the procedures incorrectly and 2nd - they failed to even file it with my proper insurance company. They started threatening emails and then a statement - they would not provide a detailed billing statement after asking twice. I know Blue Cross/Blue Shield stopped working with them. Last time my wife was in for a broken wrist, we sat for over 2 hours in a room with plastic which looked like a mental health room before even seeing anyone for the pain. According to my Facebook posting, they have done this to over 400 others as well.

Luckily, I was saved by the Jedi Master of physical therapy, Tristin-Wan Kenobi, he was my only hope. Tristin-Wan used manual therapy and eased my inner Chewbacca tension. He guided me through exercises that felt like Luke's training on Dagobah--tough but transformative, and his encouragement was out of this galaxy. i cannot emphasize this enough. william thomas is an absolutely terrible guy and horrible at his…read morejob. save your time, emotional capacity, and veins, and just go somewhere else. worth a 45 minute drive to get a different guy. i'm serious. he started off by being so overwhelmingly condescending about whether or not i was in their system. he glanced at the computer for two seconds and decided i wasn't. he repeatedly told me to register. i repeatedly answered that i had. i said if he couldn't find me i could go home and grab my order (which i had forgotten, because i went there right after work). he told me "no just register" and shot me a very grinch-like smile. i said i did. again. he said "if you registered you would be in my system so register." he did not offer any help about how to do this or what this means because, obviously, to my knowledge, i had registered. lo and behold, i was registered. when he realized i was indeed in their system and he was only wrong, he chased me through the store and said i was registered (wow) and to come on back. he had just spent 2 minutes being in my face and telling me i wasn't, and his vibes were very hostile, so i wasn't very comfortable at all. i brought my husband back this time, and he nervously and excessively joked about the mess up the whole visit. he then attempted to draw my blood. my veins are pretty small, but experienced phlebotomists can usually hit them. he dug around in my arm a significant amount because he could not find my vein. i suggested he switch arms. he said "no i think i got it" and continued digging. very uncomfortable. tl;dr my arm is sore and bruised, and i am very upset that i had to interact with this poor excuse for a phlebotomist and man.

This is a nice place with a good selection of services. However, my experience getting my nails…read moredone has been poor. I was looking for a clean place where the workers can speak English. As a trade-off for that, I received the worse set of nails I have ever received. Huge clumps of glue extending from under my nails nearly 3 weeks after the service. No clean up under the nails and gaps between nail beds and gel. I did go and have one of the nails replaced the next day, but the second girl did just as poorly as the first girl. The excuse was that the first nail tech "just got out of school". As a customer not looking for a beauty school level service, I am very disappointed.
