Idaho Hyperbarics, which is located in Pocatello, is the largest privately owned multi-place hyperbaric chamber in the country. Their multi-place chamber can hold up to 20 patients and a technician, unlike a mono-place chamber, which is only large enough for one patient. That was important for me because I'm claustrophobic and the large chamber made me feel comfortable. I could stand up and stretch out whenever I wanted. The other important factor for me is that they have ADA fully furnished on-site apartments available. I don't live in Idaho - having an apartment to stay in on-site while undergoing treatment means I can walk out the door and be in the chamber in 5 minutes! I use this clinic because there is none other like it!

I got a bill in the mail months later. I talked to them again and they said they were fine with me having a bad experience and being lied to about not being charged because "they run a business". How sick is that. I am appalled by such a nasty run place that is supposed to be helping people. I am so disappointed by there rudeness and wrongful actions.
