They provide mental health counseling, case management, CBRS services, peer support groups, and 1:1 peer support. The experience my family and I have had here has been great, and we feel very supported with our services. The office is comfortable and clean with great quality of service. The staff is very caring and kind. They treat you as an equal, they don't look down on you, and they are willing to help in a crisis!!

Mental health and proper care is of critical importance, and so selecting a provider that takes…read moreproper care of you if equally critical. I am not the patient, but am paying the bills for the family member who received treatment there. The medical folks we have worked with there have been competent and helpful. However, the problem is in their billing and management. We selected Life Changes as it was the number one facility listed in this geographical area covered as a preferred provider by my insurance. We have used them numerous times in the past several years. We have always paid our bill promptly ($20 co-pay), however, the last 2 visits we were charged $170 each. Lifechange informed us that the charge was 170 vs 20 as they were no longer a preferred provider for that period of time and so all visits would count as out of network. Lifechange informed us that my insurance provider dropped them. We contacted the insurance provider and to make a VERY long story short. The insurance provider provided information that Lifechange had neglected something in the care contract. Lifechange reasserted that the issue was on the Insurance provider. Numerous times I have attempted to work with the company who does the billing/accounts for Lifechanges. I have been promised by them that they have lots of experience with insurance companies, and will iron it out as the patient should not be the one to deal with the insurance and numbers mess... this has now gone on for months, with no resolution. I am in the process of paying the bill in full, we will not be returning, and we will not be recommending this facility to anyone. Competent care is only worth it when there is competent support/billing to go along with it. Avoid them at all costs, any billing issue and you will be left on your own and stuck with a bill you should not have been required to pay.

Was told to call if I had any problems and when I did I was told I would have to wait until my next appointment which was a month away. In a years time I Never even seen the doctor in person. I was literally going crazy and had awful thoughts. If I hadn't changed doctors I know for sure I would not be here. It took one visit to another doctor and they had me on the right medicine and had me straighten out.
