They provide mental health counseling, case management, CBRS services, peer support groups, and 1:1 peer support. The experience my family and I have had here has been great, and we feel very supported with our services. The office is comfortable and clean with great quality of service. The staff is very caring and kind. They treat you as an equal, they don't look down on you, and they are willing to help in a crisis!!

Everyone has been kind here, my only complaints are that my old CBRS person was late often and told…read moreme they didn't care to correct their behavior, which was upsetting because my time is important and I make time for them. The other thing that was frustrating was that the front desk has absolutely terrible communication with everyone. I called them twice (the first time several days in advance) to cancel an appointment, they said they would let my CBRS person know, and the day of I called again to make sure they cancelled, and they said they would let my CBRS person know. Neither of those calls or messages got through to my CBRS person, and they ended up waiting for me for 15 minutes before sending me an email to see where I was. Understandably they were frustrated, and so was I. I suggested to them that the company might try to use an app like Telegram to communicate with their staff more easily, but that seems to not be possible. All that said, overall my experiences with everyone have been fine otherwise. They've helped me through an incredibly difficult time in my life and I am forever grateful to them. I went to every single one of my appointments I had and was never late!! I did all the homework I was given, and I was told I was Resistant to therapy and non-compliant. They made me and my children feel looked down on and that we were worthless. They have the worst ethics I've ever encountered. When asked to have a copy of my records for myself and my children, they have refused to send them to me. I've even got a lawyer to request our records, yet we have not received our records from them!! This is completely unprofessional and against the law!!! Their quality of care is so below par, I don't see how they can still be opened!!

Their ultimate solution? For Robert Allen to tell me that they will no longer treat her or prescribe Rx, and imply that I was responsible for arbitrarily changing her prescriptions and withholding her meds! This is a bald-faced lie, and nothing short of sociopathic behavior. Oh, but he did refer me to the New Leaf Geriatric Psychiatry Unit at Bingham Memorial in Blackfoot . . . a facility that shut its doors last October. Seriously?! I most strenuously discourage anyone and everyone from seeking treatment here, particularly with Angela Allen. A galactically spectacular failure in every measurable metric.
