Our initial plan was to have the carpets cleaned, but after speaking with Randie, the owner of Carpet Master, and explaining the extent of the damage, we realized that full carpet replacement was the only solution. Even though we had to cancel the cleaning, Randie spent a generous amount of time walking us through the entire process of removing pet odors, explaining different carpet materials and brands, and even helping us figure out the best places to purchase new carpet. Randie and his wife--the owners--are truly top-notch humans. In the middle of a stressful and overwhelming experience, they were the bright spot. It feels good to spend our hard-earned money not only with experts in the field, but with people who truly care. We honestly cannot recommend them enough.
